90-Day Risk-Free TrialIf within 90 days of the date your service is switched to Access One you are not completely satisfied, notify us of the problem in writing. If we are unable to correct the problem to your reasonable satisfaction within ten days of the receipt of notice, you may cancel your service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.

Customer Satisfaction GuaranteeAt any time after the initial 90-Day Risk-Free Trial, if you are not completely satisfied with Access One’s network quality or service support, notify us in writing. If we are unable to correct the problem to your reasonable satisfaction within 15 days of receipt of the notice, you may cancel your service agreement for those affected services without termination fees.

Rate GuaranteeAccess One guarantees that your rates for certain eligible services will remain competitive during the term of your service agreement. If after one year you provide a written proposal from any certified telecommunications provider that offers lower rates for like services, Access One will match that lower rate, or you may cancel your service agreement for those affected services.
