PDF Tool Access Process Whenever you will log in first time in pdf tool application then “No accesspage comes to you as you do not have access to pdf tool. So here, we have provided a link through which you will be directed to Add User Access page. In this page, you have to fill the required details. And once a user successfully added. Then “Add Deal” button will be enabled and you will be suggested to add deal for your user id. So here, when you will have to click on Add Deal button then Add Deal Access page will be get opened which will be asking the you to enter Deal name, Client name, offering and contract and Role. Here Offering and Contract are optional. So here, when you will start typing the client name and if it is not find in dropped down then, you can click on “Add Client” button which will get enabled when no output is found in the “Client” textbox. If you find the client name in the dropped down list then please select that only. Once the client is successfully added (when client name is not found in the dropped down list) then, you can proceed with adding deal. Once it is successfully done, then you have wait for 24hrs so that Lite Support team can assign you the role that you have been asked in Add deal page. Please note that only Deal Admin type of role can add new users in PDF tool. Please find below steps for each and every process with screenshots: 1. PDF Tool Access Process

Whenever you will log in first time in pdf tool application then “No access” page comes to you as you do not have access to pdf tool. So here, we have provided a link through which you will be directed to Add User Access page.

In this page, you have to fill the required details. And once a user successfully added. Then “Add Deal” button will be enabled and you will be suggested to add deal for your user id.

So here, when you will have to click on Add Deal button then Add Deal Access page will be get opened which will be asking the you to enter Deal name, Client name, offering and contract and Role. Here Offering and Contract are optional. So here, when you will start typing the client name and if it is not find in dropped down then, you can click on “Add Client” button which will get enabled when no output is found in the “Client” textbox. If you find the client name in the dropped down list then please select that only.

Once the client is successfully added (when client name is not found in the dropped down list) then, you can proceed with adding deal. Once it is successfully done, then you have wait for 24hrs so that Lite Support team can assign you the role that you have been asked in Add deal page. 2. After that “Add User” page will come in which you can insert your enterprise id to create an entry in pdf tool application (Note: Add deal button will be disabled till you did not enter your user id in the PDF tool).

3. When user is successfully added or if your user id is already present in pdf tool database then only Add Deal button will be enabled and you can proceed with creation of deal.

4. When you reach to Add deal access page then below field will be there:

5. Now you can start with entering the fields values if you find the client value successfully in the dropped down list and select that name then Add Client button will be disabled otherwise, it will get enabled:

6. When you do not find the client in dropped down list then, you can simply click on “Add Client” button, when it is done, it will give a message about the same:

7. Now you can create a deal as client has been added successfully.

When deal successfully created then you have to wait for 24hrs so that Lite tool support team can assign you the required role and then you will be able to access PDF tool application.
