Mr. Mike Li has been working in Inland Revenue Department and various Big Four firms in Hong Kong since graduation from Hong Kong Polytechnic. He specialized in taxation areas giving solutions to his students and clients. He started working full-time in education field since 2000 and worked for HKICPA as Education Director in 2006. He is the founder and Principal for HKCA responsible for accountancy training for the professional qualifications of QP and ACCA. Mike obtained Master degree in Accounting & Finance from the London School of Economics and is now an Australia Chartered Accountant, a Fellow

member of HKICPA, ACCA (UK) and an Associate member of the Hong Kong Taxation Institute and a Certified Tax Advisor. Mike has taught taxation and management classes in Hong Kong and Mainland China since 2001. Due to his effective teaching methods and his devoted effort, many of his students had become prize-winners and top affiliates.

Ms. Jennifer Chen (Papers F5, F9 & P3) ACCA, BSc(UK), MBA Jennifer worked for ACCA Shanghai Office from 2003 and is responsible for the supervision of ACCA exam centers and tuition providers in China. She is familiar with the ACCA courses and knows what the students need very well. In 2005 she went to Singapore and passed the remaining 8 papers in the first attempt. She graduated in ACCA Dec 2005 exam session, and is also awarded a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting with the First Class Honours. She has five years of teaching experience in Hong Kong & China for the financial and management subjects. Jennifer has been lecturing the new syllabus paper in Shanghai since 2007. Under her devoted efforts, the pass rate of her classes is over 90%.

Ms. Midco Lee (Papers F7 & P2) FCCA, CPA, MBA Ms. Lee has over 20-year finance, accountancy & corporate related working experience, including from professional firm, commercial field and education sector. She had held several executive positions in listed groups in Hong Kong and/or overseas, such as regional CFO, Group Assistant Financial Controller and/or named Company Secretary. As for education, she has 10-year experience on facilitating workshops for professional accountancy body in Hong Kong or mainland China, specializing in financial reporting. She is currently also a marker for examination of a professional accountancy body. Ms. Lee has experience in coaching students to award outstanding results and is now embarking her career devoting to education. Ms. Lee holds a Master of Business Administration degree from The University of Westminster, England, and is a Fellow of The Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, as well as a Certified Public Accountant of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Mr. Ji Yuan (Paper F4-ENG) LLM International Business Law, LLB Law Yuan graduated in the UK and obtained Master Law degree. He has been lecturing professional exams of law papers for three years, and is a full-time lecturer based in Shanghai. Yuan has been working in the UK law firm and Newcastle Crown Court, and knows very well on delivering the UK law paper to Chinese students. He has created his own set of key notes for tackling the ACCA F4UK law paper and would convert the law jargons into easy to understand wordings. He is enthusiastic in helping his students passing the professional law exam paper at first attempt.

Mr. Ken Wong (Paper P4) FCCA, MAF(Australia) Mr. Ken Wong has been working in corporate finance management for more than 10 Years and has specialized in Corporate Finance & Treasury Management. Mr. Ken Wong has been working in Big Four firm, Consultancy firms, MNC & local companies in Hong Kong. He got his BBA in Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Master degree in Applied Finance from the University of Melbourne, Australia. He has started his part-time teachings in Corporate Finance since 2001. His practical teaching has got a lot of compliments from many students and has lead them to a good result in the exams with more-insight practical knowledge. Harvey is a full-time lecturer at HKCA, lecturing on auditing, financial reporting and corporate governance subjects. Graduated from the UK, Harvey holds a Bachelor’s degree with First Class Honours and a Master’s degree with Distinction in Accounting and Finance, and was the prize winner in both of his undergraduate and postgraduate degrees as the best performer. Harvey has worked in one of the “Big Four” firms in Hong Kong as an auditor for more than 7 years, and has accumulated extensive practical experience in dealing with issues in auditing and financial reporting. Harvey is a member of the HKICPA and ICAEW and is a PC holder to provide assurance and accounting services to his portfolio of clients. Having passed all his professional exams in the first attempt, Harvey appreciates what it takes to succeed in auditing and financial reporting exams and aims to pass on his techniques to students.
