How Does ACC Quick and Easy CDA Work?
Q&E CDA is a special blend of hydrocarbons and emulsifiers that when blended at the right level of EB (ethylene glycol mono butyl ether) followed by dilution with water, produce both cost effective and high performance car drying aids for a wide range of dilution rates
Fool Proof and Freeze/Thaw stable formulations that work every time!
Ranges of formulation concentrations from 100 to 10% Quick and Easy CDA/EB blends in water
Easily makes all products with recommended dilution rates of from 1:1200 to 1:100
NO gelling or thickening during dilution

The Ease of Formulating with ACC Quick and Easy CDA
Determine (using charts and information supplied) what concentrations of ACC Quick and Easy CDA/EB blend you need for the desired cost, dilution rates and and drying performance
Add the proper amount of ACC Quick and Easy CDA and EB to a clean tank and mix well. If fragrance is desired, add fragrance and blend with organics. (Note: If greater than about 1% fragrance is added, especially to low actives formulations, you may need to add additional (about same level as fragrance) EB to maintain clarity and stability.)
Following mixing of the CDA/EB and Fragrances (if desired), water should be added slowly with mixing until all the desired water is added. Final product should be crystal clear and uniform and disperse completely clear into water.
Product is ready to drum and use at recommended dilution rates

Benefits of Using ACC Quick and Easy CDA
Product Consistency and Stability-- Fool Proof Operation Only need ONE basic formula with EB to make hundreds of different customer products-- Just dilute with water to desired concentration Freeze / Thaw Stable Products Products can be made to achieve dilution rates from 100:1 to 1200:1 using the same product/EB blend and diluting appropriate concentrations. No added emulsifiers needed No oils to stock or handle Minimal Smearing of Windshields by products Cost Effective compared to other car drying aid emulsifiers for drum users Rapid water sheeting and beading from car surface due to finest particle sizes of oil droplets
