1. Professional Training

• The academy soccer schools offer professional soccer training to students regardless of their age or ability level. Students will be streamed according to their ability level and they will receive a diet of age and level, appropriate materials that will train all aspects of soccer: PHYSICAL, TECHNICAL, TACTICAL, SOCIAL & PSYCHOLOGICALThe academy’s approach is to teach the person first, believing a better athlete will result. 2. Personalized DVD -Your Football CV Part 1

• The life of an ex-patriot is very transient and in most cases it leaves the student/athlete out of the loop and disenfranchised from most programmes. The personalized DVD’s are an attempt to bridge the gap, providing the student/athlete with a football CV that he/she can take away and show to the next coach/club. The content of the videos is standardized to the requirements of an EPL talent identification scout. The videos will assess the physical, of an EPL talent identification scout. The videos will assess the physical, technical tactical level of the student and the social and psychological traits, via carefully selected drills, small sided games and game footage.

3. Assessment by EPL Talent Identification Scout CV Part 2

• As an optional addition, you can have your DVD assessed by an EPL talent scout, who has worked with such illustrious clubs as Manchester United and City. Obviously, the results of this assessment will be attached to your original DVD to give you a much more comprehensive CV.

• On top of this, you will be given an idea of your present level, for example Semi-Pro, League 2, League 1, Championship or Premiership. Pro, League 2, League 1, Championship or Premiership.

• You may also be told that you are not yet good enough?

• At this point you have various choices, which are our stages 4, 5 & 6...

• You may wish to have your level raised, in which case we would refer you to our Soccer Doctor Programme, to improve your weaknesses and strengths.

• You may also wish to spend a holiday period playing suitable level clubs in England while working specifically with our UEFA A Licensed coach and talent ID scout (5).

• You may also be happy with your current level and at this point can either chose to carry on with normal training (1) or you can request for us to arrange a trial at a suitable level professional club – FREE OF CHARGE.

4. Follow Up Service

• Soccer Doctor is The Football Academy’s personal training program. Following the Talent Identification Scout’s (the Doctor’s) assessment, a player will have a report card that will read similarly to a school report or medical card.

• As well as obviously trying to improve a patients/athletes overall health/game, the Doctor will prescribe a course of action/programme that will attempt to remedy any identified weak condition.

• For example this could be poor shooting power, due to a lack of core strength etc

• Usually to correct a fault it would take 3-5 weeks.

• Personal training is highly recommended year round for aspiring players who are also looking to improve on what they have got.

5. Trips to Manchester UK

• Regardless of age or ability level (8-18) football holidays are available to all individuals or teams. Players and teams wishing to taste the life of a full time footballer, in England, will experience the opportunity to:

• Train on top class 3G facility, with a UEFA A qualified coach, ex professional player and coach of Man united and Man city etc.

• Play and be assessed in top level games against EPL and other suitable level pro clubs.pro clubs.

• Watch EPL games (if in season)

• Visit Old Trafford and the Etihad Stadium

• Visit the National Football Museum in Manchester

6. Trials

• Trials at pro clubs has always been an enigma-they are like gold dust. The Academy has had 28 of its former students taken on by the academies of overseas professional teams but it was always more of a case of luck then judgment. The reason for this is that the clubs only accept trials that have been recommended by their worldwide network of scouts.

• We now have the in-house contact that we have always been looking for. Our scout is almost uniquely positioned and qualified to arrange trials at Man United, Man City is almost uniquely positioned and qualified to arrange trials at Man United, Man City (obviously need to be exception for these two), Stoke, Wigan, Bolton, Blackburn, Bury, Preston and many others; all levels.

• Through our partnership players connected with our Academy will now have the exclusive opportunity to trial with a suitable level of club at any time during the year, free of charge. However, our reputation and that of the scout is very much on the line so trials will be offered only to the very deserving.

Notes

• All 6 of stages offered are stand-alone services that the Academy now offers.

• Academy members do not have to take any of the other services but they are exclusive to academy members.

• Trials and trips are usually arranged by companies with money as the bottom line motivation. Our trips are completely different and are instead player oriented. The training received on the trips will be of a very high level. Matches will be arranged against quality EPL and other suitable level clubs and trials will only be arranged if against quality EPL and other suitable level clubs and trials will only be arranged if our scout believes that the players are of the required standard. You cannot buy this opportunity, you have to earn it!

• Tasting life as a English professional footballer is the experience that we wish to give our players, as part of their long term developmental plan.

• And, if they don’t make it this time round we will go back to the training ground and try twice as hard to make it next time.
