Parents teacher meeting: Parents teacher meeting was held on

06-03-2017 in physics department. In which discussion was done on theoretical

and practical subjects.prents gave their suggetion.

Aluminize Meeting: On 16-03-2017 aluminize meeting was

organized. Ex-Students took part on this meeting. In this meeting Miss Shweta

Sharma (NET,GATE pass) and Miss Barkha dewagan,Mr ritesh dewangan Mr.

Akash Tripathi ,Dr. Rehana Ashrafi(PhD),intimated to M.Sc. students about

net/set exam and its syllabus.

P.G. Student union Council Inaugurated:

Physics PG Council was formed on the basis of merit on 08- 09-16 in the

presence of Dr. R. N. Singh principal and H.O.D. of Physics department Smt.

P.B. Taunk and Mr. Suresh Kumar Patel (Asst. Prof.) and staff. Office-bearers

nominated were as follows;

Teachers Day celebration:

Teacher’s day was celebrated on 04-09-2016 in department of physics

and quiz competition and other activities were done on this occasion

Welcome Party:

On 04-09-2016, M.Sc. final students gave Welcome Party to M.Sc. previous

students. Many games were played by students. They all enjoyed this party.

Final students suggested to pre. Students, how they will prepare and fight with

exams and will get knowledge.

Group Discussion:

A group discussion was organised in 20/01/2017 Physics Department on an

interesting knowledgeable.

Topic OPERATIONAL Amplifier In this discussion PG students take part and

enjoyed.

Quiz Competition:

In this competition all P.G. students had participate. In this quiz competition

many questions related to physics subject asked to our students. Also question

related to general studies, general knowledge, current affairs asked to make

their knowledge strong.

Bhabha Jayanti:- On 08-11-2016 Dr. Homi Jahangir Bhabha jayanti was

celebrated in the presence of Principal Dr. R.N. Dr. R.S. Singh. Asst. Proff. Of

Guest lecture: On 01-02-17 and 16-2-17 Guest Lecture on the topic

Application of Microprocessor was given by Mr. Pukhraj Bakshi from Ashoka

Institute of technology & Management. Rajnandgaon. (C.G.).

Special lecture on Luminescence and its application

On 20-02-2017 special lecture is given by a famous scientist Prof.

Sanjay Dhoble, Nagpur (M.H.). In this special occasion honourable

Chief guest Prof. Sanjay Dhoble, and our respected principal Dr. R.

N. Singh , Vice- Principal Prof. Chandrika Nathwani were present.

Special lecture is given by a famous scientist Prof. Sanjay J. Dhoble,

Nagpur (M.H.). M.Sc. students of physics encouraged from this

valuable lecture.

Add on student attained 15 days training for maintenance and

repairing workshop.

Sky watching programe -- Conducted by Astro club of

Bhilai Istitution of Technology and Physics department. Sun and

other planet Venus and marsh and different stars are shown by

telescope.

Field work:

On 30-11-2016 students of M.Sc gone Science Centre, Nagpur,

(M.H).
