The Team
Sherif A. Elatriby (1979), Assistant Professor, Faculty of Engineering-Helwan, Helwan University. He is
currently the head of academic mobility division of Helwan University international relations office (IRO).
He was awarded his M.Sc. (2006) And Ph.D. (2011) in Production Engineering from Mechanical engineering
Dept. Helwan University Egypt. He was awarded a post-doctoral scholarship in Newcastle University UK.
He is also:
• The representative of his faculty in University marketing center.
• The director of TICO, the technology, innovation and commercialization office of Helwan University.
• A certified lead & technical assessor for testing and calibration laboratories accreditation according
to the international requirements of IEC/ISO17025:2017 in the Egyptian Accreditation Council
EGAC since 2009.
• A certified lead & technical assessor for laboratories proficiency testing PT according to
IEC/ISO17043:2010 in the Egyptian Accreditation Council EGAC since 2015.
• A certified lead assessor for inspection body accreditation according to IEC/ISO17020:2012 in the
Egyptian Accreditation Council EGAC since 2015.
• Expert in communication with most of international organizations in Egypt, e.g. DAAD, USAID,
ERASMUS, JICA and British Council.

Dalia Kaies (1985), Assistant Professor in the Economics and Foreign
Trade Department, Faculty of Commerce and Business Administration,
Helwan University. She is currently the deputy of the academic
mobility division in the International Relations Office (IRO) of Helwan
University. She was awarded her M.Sc (2010) and Ph.D. (2016) in
Economics, Helwan University- Egypt.

Ahmed Sobhi 1983 Assistant Professor in the Mechanical Engineering
Department, Faculty of Engineering, Helwan University.He is currently
the Head Assistant of the academic mobility division in the
International Relations Office (IRO) of Helwan University.He was
awarded his M.Sc 2011 and Ph.D. 2019 in Production Engineering,
Helwan University Egypt.
