Pour on the upper side of theevaporator 2 liters of freshwater with 10-15 drops ofScotsman Antialgae Solutionthen….

NOTE. Do not mix delimer with sanitizingsolution to avoid the generation of a veryaggressive acid.

At completion of the freezing and harvestcycle make sure of proper texture andclearness of the ice cubes and that they donot have any acid taste.

ATTENTION. In case the ice cubes are cloudy-white and have acid taste, melt them

immediately by pouring on them some warmwater so to prevent that anybody can use them.
