Meeting The World’s Increasing Energy Demand
Oil and natural gas demand continues to rise, and with global consumption increasing due to growth in population levels across fast-growing and emerging economies, the need for significant investment to meet the world’s ever growing demand remains critical to future growth. The International Energy Agency (IEA) estimates that the world will consume 100.8 million barrels of oil per day in 2018, up from 98.8 million in 2017. Accordingly, global oil and gas production is set to rise in 2018 and beyond, underlining the need of product manufacturers, service companies and SME’s to work with resource owners and operators on setting the agenda as well as advancing the need for integration in order to meet the ever increasing demand. The Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition and Conference (ADIPEC) brings together the very companies, decision and policy makers that shape the future of oil and gas supply across 4 days of focused business, dialogue and knowledge transfer that addresses today’s energy challenges and define tomorrow’s energy landscape. With more than 2,100 exhibiting companies, including 33 NOCs & IOCs, 26 international country pavilions and an international technical and strategic conference programme led by Energy Ministers and international CEO’s that spans 189 sessions, 959 expert speakers and over 10,000 delegates, ADIPEC is the convening force behind tomorrow’s oil and gas partnerships. "ADIPEC has become the premier destination
for the oil & gas industry, a place to reconnect, explore new opportunities and debate."
Dr Sultan Ahmed Al JaberUAE Minister of Stateand ADNOC Group CEO
