The Influence of Learning Model of Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) and Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI) Toward Achievement of Enterpreneur Learning Considered From The Learning Interest. (Research of The XII Class Vocational Student in Ngawi in Academic Year 2013/2014). Consultant commission I, Prof. Dr. Soetarno Joyoatmojo, M.Pd, and Consultant commission II, Dr. Djoko Santoso TH, M.Pd.. Thesis. Economic Education Studies Program, Postgraduate Program Sebelas Maret University Surakarta 2014. The purposes of this research are to find out: 1) the existence of significant influences teaching model towads learning achievement of entreprenuership, 2) the existence of significant influences student learning interest towards learning achievement of entreprenuership, 3) the interaction of significant influence between teaching model and student learning interest towards learning achievement of entreprenuership.This research is quantitative one by using experimental method. General population is all students of SMK in Regency of Ngawi, while target populations are students of SMK in Regency of Ngawi. Sampling tecnique is with Random Sampling. Sample in this research amount to 70 students cover 34 students of class XII AK I SMK PSM 1 Kedunggalar for learning experiment of STAD and 36 students of class XII TKR B SMK Nagara for learning experiment of TAI. Instrumen of this research consist of entreprenuership learning achievement test and learning interest questionnaire. Result of try out test of learning achievement test is analyzed with content validity test, reliability test, level of difficulty, distinguishing power and validity test item. Validity test of each item test is done by correlation technique of Product Moment and Pearson at significance level 5%. Instrument reliability test applies KR-20 from Kuder-Richardson. Its helped by MS Exel program get score a point of reliability coefficient that is 0,91. Prerequisite test analysis consisted of normality test and homogeneity test. Normality test is done with Lilliefors method. The result from all groups are in normal distribution data. Homogeneity test applies Bartllet test. The result all groups are homogeneous. Data analysis technique for testing of hypothesis in this research is Two Ways Variance Analysis with same cell, factorial design of 2x3 and significance level 0,05. Continuation test post Anava with Scheffes.Based on hypothesis test proved (1) There is significant influence between learning models to learning achievement of entreprenuership ( Fobs 5,20 > Ftab = 3,92). From amount of mean of vesting of learning model of STAD yields better learning achievement than vesting of learning model of TAI. (2) There is significant influence of student learning interest level to learning achievement of learning entreprenuership (Fobs 12,26 > Ftab = 3,07). From level of mean it is proved that students with higher learning interest have better learning achievement than student with middle and low learning interest, while student in middle learning interest and low learning interest have the same achievement learning (3) There isnt interaction of significant influence between learning model and student learning interest to learning achievement of entreprenuership (Fobs 1,33 < Ftab = 3,07).

Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dan Teams Assisted Individualization (TAI) Terhadap Prestasi Belajar Kewirausahaan Ditinjau Dari Minat Belajar (Penelitian Pada Siswa Kelas XII SMK di Kabupaten Ngawi Tahun Pelajaran 2013/2014). Komisi Pembimbing I, Prof. Dr. Soetarno Joyoatmojo, dan Pembimbing II Dr. Djoko Santoso, M.Pd. Tesis. Surakarta: Program Studi pendidikan ekonomi, Program Pascasarjana Universitas Sebelas Maret Surakarta. 2014. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh Model pembelajaran Student Teams Achievement Divisions (STAD) dan Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) terhadap prestasi belajar Kewirausahaan, 2) pengaruh antara siswa yang memiliki minat belajar tinggi, minat belajar sedang dan minat belajar rendah terhadap prestasi belajar Kewirausahaan, 3) interaksi pengaruh model pembelajaran dan minat belajar siswa.Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode Eksperimental. Populasi umumnya adalah seluruh siswa SMK di Kabupaten Ngawi, sedang populasi target yaitu siswa kelas XII SMK se-Kabupaten Ngawi. Teknik sampling random sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 70 siswa meliputi 34 seswa kelas XII AK I SMK PSM 1 Kedunggalar untuk eksperimen STAD dan 36 siswa kelas XII TKR B SMK Nagara untuk eksperimen TAI. Instrumen penelitian ini terdiri dari test prestasi belajar kewirausahaan dan angket minat belajar. Hasil uji coba test prestasi belajar dianalisis dengan uji validitas isi, uji realibilitas, tingkat kesukaran, daya pembeda dan uji validitas butir. Uji validitas tiap butir test dilakukan teknik korelasi product moment dari pearson pada taraf signifikan 5%. Uji realibilitas instrumen menggunakan KR-20 dari Kuder-Richardson. Dengan bantuan program MS Exel diperoleh angka koofisien reliabilitas sebesar 0,91. Uji prasyarat analisis terdiri dari uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Uji normalitas dilakukan dengan metode Lilliefors. Hasilnya seluruh kelompok data berdistribusi normal. Uji homogenitas menggunakan uji Bartlett. Hasil seluruh kelompok data variansi homogen. Teknik analisis data untuk pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Variansi Dua Jalan dengan sel tak sama, desain faktorial 2x3 dan taraf signifikansi 0,05. Uji lanjut pasca Anava dengan Uji Scheffes.Berdasar uji hipotesis dibuktikan (1) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara model pembelajaran terhadap prestasi belajar (Fobs 5,20 > Ftab = 3,92). Dari besarnya rataan pemberian model pembelajaran STAD menghasilkan prestasi belajar yang lebih baik dari pada pemberian model pembelajaran TAI. (2) Ada perbedaan pengaruh yang signifikan antara tingkat minat belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar kewirausahan (Fobs 12,26 > Ftab = 3,07). Dari besarnya rataan dibuktikan bahwa siswa yang minat belajarnya tinggi lebih baik prestasi belajarnya daripada siswa yang minat belajarnya sedang maupun rendah dan siswa yang mempunyai minat belajar sedang mempunyai prestasi belajar yang sama dengan siswa yang mempunyai minat belajar rendah.(3) Tidak ada interaksi pengaruh model pembelajaran dan minat belajar siswa (Fobs 1,33 < Ftab = 3,07).
