keep it that way.We provide a comprehensive range of home based family support services for new and busy families throughout Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

From pregnancy onwards, our flexible bespoke services start from just 12 per hour and are adapted to your individual needs and requirements. We will visit you as and when you want us to lend a helping hand around the house.

Absolute Genie is a service provided by Absolute Care Wales, an independent family owned domiciliary care provider. Registered and regulated by Care and Social Services Inspectorate Wales (CSSIW) and a registered care provider for Cardiff City Council, we pride ourselves on providing a quality service with a personal touch.

The majority of staff employed by Absolute Care Wales are mums including sisters Lucy Jones and Kirsty Best who are also the company directors. We fully understand how precious family time is and we will endeavour to help you make the most of yours. The idea to launch Absolute Genie came from a senior member of staff who herself is a busy mum of three and recognised the need for such a service for parents in Cardiff and the surrounding areas.

All our staff are experienced, friendly and trained in caring. Each one has been fully interviewed, police checked and a minimum of two references obtained. They will then undertake an induction course and will be shadowed and observed by a qualified senior member of our team before they visit clients on their own.
