This workshop will show you how to develop consensus, motivate stakeholders, and get things done. Making the Transition from Employee to LeaderOne day everyone is your friend, the next day… they are your subordinates. The transition to management can be difficult, but it doesn’t have to be. This seminar will show you how to maintain your professional relationships and leverage respect to achieve momentum. Marketing FundamentalsAlthough the vehicles have changed, marketing is still a process of converting prospects into customers. What is Social Media?Social media is more than a series of platforms driving interaction; they are highly accessible and scalable tools to build your business. This workshop will help you understand the world of social engagement and how to monetize these amazing opportunities.  Social Media as a Business Development ToolAre you looking for a way to up-sell, cross-sell, or sell, sell, sell? Social media marketing makes sense to a lot of businesses. This workshop will help you identify the unique social opportunities for your product or service.  To Tweet or Not to Tweet? That Is the Question!Does 140 characters really make a difference? Yes! Twitter is a powerful communication tool providing access to just about anyone on the planet. You can get past gatekeepers, interact with celebrities, and receive encouragement from thought leaders on a global scale. This workshop will help you understand the benefits of using Twitter, and a 101 of jumping into the conversation. How to Build a Social Media Engagement Strategy Do you remember the movie ‘Field of Dreams’ – “if you build it… they will come.” Social media doesn’t work that way! Throwing up a profile on Facebook, Twitter, or Google+ does little unless you use it properly. This workshop will show you how to engage followers, promote your message, and transform followers into customers.

The connections you make online can propel your life, as well as your career, into new and exciting directions. This workshop will help you maximize your online exposure and build meaningful relationships. Social Media Policy DevelopmentWhat am I allowed to say online? Does my legal team need to review every Tweet and Facebook post? How can I turn my employees into brand ambassadors without them wasting their day on social media? This workshop answers these questions, and more, as we introduce you to drafting transparent policies that encourage sharing and professionalism. Maintaining Customer Trust On-LineLike it or not, you don’t own your brand anymore – your customers do! With the level of online sharing, maintaining a positive relationship with your customers is daunting… but not impossible.
