We process polyethylene and polypropylene in pipe quality from approved raw-material suppliers, like Borealis/Borouge, Basell and Sasol.

All raw-materials and the self-recycled materials are checked in our test laboratory.

With core competences in designing and producing of pressure fittings we offerour clients customised fittings and a widespread product range covers productssuch as:

    Reducers, Tees, Bends and Flanges

    in dimensions from d 25mm up to d 1800mm.

  • Extrusion Hollow bars and solid rods Machining

    Customising in our welding-shop

  • We reduce our products to the essential

    Our products are distinguished by

high stability and reliability, as well as by

    cost and space saving design.

Stress reduced design is our competence

Our products are designed in conformity with pressure

    class!

  • The pipeline dimensions:

    d 900mmSDR 17pressure about 10bar

At first our customer tested segment welded tees:

2 of 3 tees failed in internal pressure creep rupture test!

Internal pressure creep rupture test (DIN EN 12201-3): 20C, t = 12 N/mm, at least 100 h.The segment welded tees failed with less than 1 h.

Internal pressure creep rupture test successfully passed!

After that experience our tees were tested and implemented in the line:

  • Reinert-Ritz:

was founded in 1970 as engineering consultancy for technical solutions in plastics.

is still a family business (to 100%).

    is continuously growing.

has now about 100 employees and a turnover of 13 million Euro.

achieves 50% of the turnover in 33 countries allover the world (400.000 Euro in the United Arab Emirates).

  • Reduced (and equal) tees from d 280mm up to d 1600mm.

Equal profile tees with outer diameter d 560, 630, 710 and 900mm are cost and space saving manufactured from our patented profile bar.

  • Reduced flange

the fixed flange for stable and cost-effective connections to valves/pumps.

HP flange (high pressure)the loose flange which is as stable as a fixed flange!

    up to25 bar

    (362 psi)

use valves that are one dimension smaller than the nominal diameter of the line.

freedom of operation for butterfly valves.

no step, no sediment build-up, no bacterial growth.

no backflow reducing efficiency of pumps.

with flange and stub end design that reduces the creep (slow deformation) of the stub end.

also ideal for PE to PE connections.

The stub end is locked by the HP-flange
