Our team works with experienced land planners and community architects to develop innovative, sustainable land designs and to envision and deliver lifestyle driven community spaces and features. With that foundation in place, we then select experienced and innovative builders to join us in providing architecturally diverse homes of different scales and types to meet the needs of a cross section of the community. Homeowners enjoy the consistency and financial stability that comes from well crafted, recorded declarations that guide the operations, quality and architecture of the community for years to come.

Great care and consideration are taken when planning and creating our communities. This same attention and care are championed by our in-house community management team, Genesis Community Management (“GCM”). GCM employs experienced professionals who work alongside our development teams, builders and community leaders to implement the provisions of the community’s governing documents.
Our GCM team works closely with each community’s homeowner association’s Board of Directors to maintain the association’s financial administration and records, manage contracts for services, supervise committees, plan lifestyle events, organize annual meetings and board meetings, and to ensure the covenants are observed. This means homeowners in our communities have access through GCM to the development team long after the community is completed. It’s what makes us unique and is part of HHHunt’s philosophy.
