SINPMS, At a Glance: The SINPMS is one of the constitutent institute of BFUHS, Faridkot. It is a centre for e-learning in nursing services; as a joint venture of BFUHS and University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada. The institute was established in 2001 by Punjab Health Systems Corporation with primary objective to strengthen the training capacity for female candidates of rural and backward areas of punjab. It was undertaken by BFUHS in 2007. Presently, Institute is imparting training in total 9+2 programmes in different health disciplines; various UG & PG programmes of nursing and paramedical sciences. About Badal Village Badal is located in Dist. Sri Muktsar Sahib of Punjab. It is a native village of Hon’ble Chief Minister of Punjab S. Parkash Singh Badal and Deputy Chief Minister S. Sukhbir Singh Badal. It has many renowned educational institutes, centre of Sports Authority of India(SAI), Sports stadium, an old age home, Civil hospital and Veterinary Polyclinic among others.
