1. Psychoanalytic Therapy

3. Cognitive Therapy• Goal = replace irrational, self-defeating

• Evaluation = good for specific problems (phobias, PTS, compulsions), depression, social problems, self-control, behavior aspects of Schizophrenia; generally more effective than psychoanalysis or person-centered therapy
