HONOURS DEGREESThe traditional university level qualification, typically offered full-time over 3 years and delivered locally with fantastic study support and facilitiesavailable to all students.
FOUNDATION DEGREES/HNCSFull or part-time courses which are designed in conjunction with employersto support career progression. These qualifications are the equivalent to thefirst two years of an Honours Degree. In most cases you can progress to anHonours Degree after you have completed your Foundation Degree.
ACCESS TO HIGHER EDUCATION/FOUNDATION DIPLOMASIf you have not studied for a while or perhaps dont have formal qualificationsbut are interested in enrolling for a higher education course, then an accesscourse could be the ideal first step. You will learn study skills, including essaywriting and r esearch skills, and have the opportunity to top up yourknowledge in your chosen subject before committing to a degree course.
PROFESSIONAL COURSESInternationally recognised, professional accredited courses in areas such asaccountancy or human resources that support application for membership ofprofessional bodies and help you to fast track your career.

we have Five campuses providing our studentswith a broad range of facilities and courses.
Abingdon Campus is the largest of our campuses, and enjoysgreat facilities including an e-learning zone, space for HE students to meet and socialise, a sports centre and multi-gym. Work isunderway on four exciting phases of development which include anew caf area and learning centre.
Witney Campus is situated in the centre of Witney and recentlyfinished its redevelopment. It offers first-class facilities for learningand leisure, including a friendly, good value caf, well equippedlearning centre and hair and beauty salons.
Common Leys Campus is our Rural Skills Centre at Hailey,two miles north of Witney. This 60 acre campus provides specialistfacilities for Equine and Animal Behaviour students.
Avenue One is our state of the art dedicated construction centrewhich opened in 2011.
Milton Park is our business premise at Milton Park BusinessCentre near Abingdon.

Abingdon and Witney Campuses redevelopment
The Witney Campus is undergoing a 9m redevelopment to create newconstruction workshops and develop brand new classrooms and learningfacilities. The College has also been awarded 4m from the newOxfordshire Growth Deal announced through the Oxfordshire LocalEnterprise Partnership. The funding will result in the building of the newAdvanced Engineering and Technology Skills Centre at the AbingdonCampus that will help to address local and regional skills shortages inscience, technology, engineering and manufacturing (STEM) subjectareas and will build on the existing strength of the college in providingtraining of this type.
Learning Resource Centre
The resource area provides a wide range of print and electronicresources, including books, e-books, newspapers, magazines, journalsand DVDs to support you with all your study needs. Your student ID cardis also your library card.
The centre offers a suite of PCs for independent study, and you are alsowelcome to use your own laptops in this relaxed, fresh and modernenvironment. It is available to all students and there are staff on hand tohelp and offer support.
Exceptional lecturer support
At Abingdon and Witney College, our class sizes are small, meaningyou receive more individual attention and one-to-one support.Personal tutors meet regularly with their students to give feedbackon work and help with any problems.
