Also the service will send “Notification” SMS messages to the subscriber’s mobile number related to personal documents and transactions for the subscriber, his dependants, expat employees, or vehicles, based on the information available in the Ministry of Interior (MOI) systems. (eg.: notification of forthcoming expiry of driver’s license, change of occupation, arrival of dependant to the country …) The service allows subscribers to use SMS from the registered mobile device to execute some "interactive" services for himself, his dependants, expat employees, or vehicles as per MOI regulations. (eg.: update address, request dependant travel permit, request Exit/Reentry VISA for expat employee …). The service permits the subscriber to receive awareness messages from MOI. The service permits the subscriber to subscribe to other electronic services provided by MOI. The service permits the subscriber to benefit from other electronic services provided by other sectors using MOI authentication services. The service permits the subscriber to benefit from other electronic services in addition to receiving awareness and media messages from MOI approved parties. Subscriber's Obligations Subscriber is fully responsible for all requests performed using MOI portal or the mobile number registered in this form. Subscriber must notify MOI or suspend the subscription if his mobile number changes or any contact information provided in this form is changed. Subscriber is fully responsible for services provided through this subscription based on information provided in this form. MOI shall not be liable for errors resulting from use of incorrectly provided information. Information Privacy & Confidentiality Information sent through this service to the MOI portal or a specified phone number maybe of a private nature. The subscriber is responsible for safeguarding the private information sent to his mobile number. If subscriber’s mobile number changes or it is stolen, the subscriber must inform MOI by calling the support number indicated below. Subscriber shall be responsible for leak of information sent to the registered mobile number if he fails to inform MOI to stop the service. General Conditions MOI will not be responsible for any issues resulting from errors or unupdated information. Subscriber should visit relevant departments to update the information. MOI will not be responsible for any losses (direct or indirect) that may result due to delivery of the service. Subscription will not be approved until subscription form is completed and signed by subscribers confirming acceptance of service terms and conditions. MOI reserves the right to reject any subscription request without indicating the reason. MOI reserves the right to add or change subscription terms and will notify the subscriber through his mobile phone where he may accept changes/modifications or request to end subscription. MOI reserves the right to temporarily stop the service as necessary for maintenance, development, or enhancement purposes. MOI will not be held responsible for any delay in SMS delivery. Subscriber agrees to receive notification SMS triggered by events occurring any time during the 24 hours. Subscription Cancelation The subscription remains effective until it is terminated by either the Subscriber or MOI. Both, Subscriber and MOI have the right to end the subscription at any time without showing cause. MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if the Subscriber uses the service for other than its intended purposes, or if Subscriber violates the terms and conditions of this service or any related services. MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if subscription form is filled incorrectly. MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if required to do so by legal authority. MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if Subscriber does not accept changes to service conditions. MOI has the right to cancel the subscription in cases of force majeure. I agree to register for MOI electronic services, and confirm reading and accepting the terms and conditions detailed in this form. Subscription Terms And Conditions
Service Description
The service includes registration and activation of user's account in the portal ofthe Ministry of Interior, which contains eservices to perform a variety oftransactions through it.Also the service will send “Notification” SMS messages to the subscriber’s mobilenumber related to personal documents and transactions for the subscriber, hisdependants, expat employees, or vehicles, based on the information available inthe Ministry of Interior (MOI) systems.(eg.: notification of forthcoming expiry of driver’s license, change of occupation,arrival of dependant to the country …)The service allows subscribers to use SMS from the registered mobile device toexecute some "interactive" services for himself, his dependants, expatemployees, or vehicles as per MOI regulations.(eg.: update address, request dependant travel permit, request Exit/ReentryVISA for expat employee …).The service permits the subscriber to receive awareness messages from MOI.The service permits the subscriber to subscribe to other electronic servicesprovided by MOI.The service permits the subscriber to benefit from other electronic servicesprovided by other sectors using MOI authentication services.The service permits the subscriber to benefit from other electronic services inaddition to receiving awareness and media messages from MOI approvedparties.
Subscriber's Obligations
Subscriber is fully responsible for all requests performed using MOI portal or themobile number registered in this form.Subscriber must notify MOI or suspend the subscription if his mobile numberchanges or any contact information provided in this form is changed.Subscriber is fully responsible for services provided through this subscriptionbased on information provided in this form. MOI shall not be liable for errorsresulting from use of incorrectly provided information.
Information Privacy & Confidentiality
Information sent through this service to the MOI portal or a specified phonenumber maybe of a private nature.The subscriber is responsible for safeguarding the private information sent to hismobile number.If subscriber’s mobile number changes or it is stolen, the subscriber must informMOI by calling the support number indicated below.Subscriber shall be responsible for leak of information sent to the registeredmobile number if he fails to inform MOI to stop the service.
General Conditions
MOI will not be responsible for any issues resulting from errors or unupdatedinformation. Subscriber should visit relevant departments to update theinformation.MOI will not be responsible for any losses (direct or indirect) that may result dueto delivery of the service.Subscription will not be approved until subscription form is completed and signedby subscribers confirming acceptance of service terms and conditions.MOI reserves the right to reject any subscription request without indicating thereason.MOI reserves the right to add or change subscription terms and will notify thesubscriber through his mobile phone where he may acceptchanges/modifications or request to end subscription.MOI reserves the right to temporarily stop the service as necessary formaintenance, development, or enhancement purposes.MOI will not be held responsible for any delay in SMS delivery.Subscriber agrees to receive notification SMS triggered by events occurring anytime during the 24 hours.
Subscription Cancelation
The subscription remains effective until it is terminated by either the Subscriber orMOI.Both, Subscriber and MOI have the right to end the subscription at any timewithout showing cause.MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if the Subscriber uses the service forother than its intended purposes, or if Subscriber violates the terms andconditions of this service or any related services.MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if subscription form is filledincorrectly.MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if required to do so by legalauthority.MOI has the right to cancel the subscription if Subscriber does not acceptchanges to service conditions.MOI has the right to cancel the subscription in cases of force majeure.

أحكـــام وشــروط اإلشتــــراكصفة الخدمة
تشمل الخدمة التسجيل و التفعيل للحساب الخاص بالمستخدم في البوابة االلكترونية لوزارة الداخلية والتي تحتوي على خدمات.الكترونية لتنفيذ العديد من المعامالت من خالله
و تتضمن الخدمة إرسال رسائل نصية قصيرة "تنبيهية" على الهاتف المتحرك للمشترك بمعلومات حول الوثائق الشخصيةوالعمليات الخاصة به أو بموظفي (الغير سعوديين) او تابعيه أو مركباته، وذلك حسب المعلومات المتوفرة بأنظمة وزارة
...الداخلية. مثال: قرب انتهاء الرخصة، وصول تابع إلى المطار، تعديل المهنةتسمح الخدمة للمشترك باستخدام الرسائل النصية القصيرة من هاتفه المتحرك لتنفيذ بعض العمليات "التفاعلية" الخاصة به أوبموظفيه او تابعيه أو مركباته، وذلك حسب أنظمة وزارة الداخلية. مثال: تحديث العنوان، طلب تصريح سفر لتابع، طلب تأشيرة
...خروج وعودة لموظف.تمكن الخدمة المشترك من استقبال رسائل توعوية من وزارة الداخلية
.تسمح الخدمة للمشترك باالشتراك في خدمات الكترونية اخرى تقدمها وزارة الداخليةتمكن الخدمة المشترك من االستفادة من الخدمات االلكترونية لقطاعات أخرى تعتمد أنظمة التوثق من الشخصية بوزارة
.الداخليةتمكن الخدمة المشترك من الحصول على خدمات إلكترونية أخرى باإلضافة إلى استقبال رسائل توعوية وإعالمية على هاتفه
.المتحرك عبر جهات تعتمدها وزارة الداخلية
التزامات المشترك
يتحمل المشترك كامل المسؤولية عن تنفيذ كافة طلبات الخدمات الصادرة من حسابه في البوابة االلكترونية و هاتفه المتحرك.المسجل بهذا النموذج
يلتزم المشترك بإعالم وزارة الداخلية أو طلب وقف الخدمة في حال تغيير رقم الهاتف أو وسائل االتصال المذكورة بهذا.النموذج
يتحمل المشترك المسؤولية عن تنفيذ الخدمة بناًء على البيانات المقدمة في هذا النموذج وال تتحمل وزارة الداخلية نتيجة أي.خطأ بهذه البيانات
خصوصية وسرية المعلومات
تشمل الخدمة إرسال معلومات قد تكون ذات طابع شخصي خاصة بالمشترك، يتم إرسالها من خالل البوابة االلكترونية أو إلى.الهاتف المتحرك المسجل في نموذج االشتراك
.يتحمل المشترك مسؤولية الحفاظ على بياناته الشخصية أو البيانات المرسلة لهاتفه المتحركيتوجب على المشترك إبالغ وزارة الداخلية في حال تغيير رقم هاتفه المتحرك أو سرقته، وذلك على رقم الدعم الفني الموضح
.أدناه.يتحمل المشترك مسؤولية تسرب البيانات المرسلة للهاتف المتحرك المسجل في النموذج في حال عدم اإلبالغ إليقاف الخدمة
شروط عامة
ال تتحمل وزارة الداخلية مسؤولية أي مشاكل تنتج عن خطأ أو عدم تحديث المعلومات ، وعلى المشترك مراجعة الجهة.المختصة لتحديث المعلومات
.ال تتحمل وزارة الداخلية أي مسؤولية تجاه أي خسارة (مباشرة أو غير مباشرة) قد تقع على المشترك نتيجة تنفيذ الخدمة.ال يتم اعتماد االشتراك إال بعد استكمال البيانات الواردة في النموذج والتوقيع على الموافقة بعد قراءة الشروط واألحكام فيه
.لوزارة الداخلية رفض أي إشتراك دون إبداء األسبابتحتفظ وزارة الداخلية بحق إضافة أو تغيير أي شرط من شروط االشتراك، وسوف تقوم وزارة الداخلية بإشعار المشترك بذلك
.على هاتفه المتحرك حيث يمكنه قبول الشروط أو طلب إنهاء الخدمة.يحق لوزارة الداخلية وقف الخدمة مؤقتاَ عند الحاجة لصيانة أو تطوير أو تعديل النظام وذلك حتى إنهاء العمل الالزم لذلك
.ال تتحمل وزارة الداخلية مسؤولية أي تأخير في وصول الرسائليوافق المشترك على استالم الرسائل التنبيهية ذات الطابع الوقتي والتي يتم إرسالها بعد حصول الحدث وفي أي وقت خالل
.األربع والعشرون ساعة
إنهاء االشتراك
.يستمر هذا االشتراك ما لم يتم إنهاؤه من قبل المشترك او وزارة الداخلية.يحق للمشترك أو لوزارة الداخلية إنهاء االشتراك في أي وقت دون إبداء أي أسباب
يحق لوزارة الداخلية إنهاء االشتراك في حال استخدام المشترك للنظام في غير الغرض المخصص له، أو إخالله بأحد أحكام.وشروط استخدام الخدمة أو الخدمات االخرى المرتبطة بها
.يحق لوزارة الداخلية إنهاء االشتراك في حال اكتشاف عدم صحة البيانات المقدمة من المشترك.يحق لوزارة الداخلية إنهاء االشتراك في حال طلب الجهات المختصة إيقاف الخدمة عن المشترك
.يحق لوزارة الداخلية إنهاء االشتراك في حال عدم قبول المشترك أي تغيير لبنود اإلتفاقية.يحق لوزارة الداخلية إنهاء االشتراك في حالة الظروف القاهرة
أوافق على التسجيل في الخدمات االلكترونية لوزارة الداخلية، وأقر باطالعي وألتزم بكافة الشروط واألحكام
المفصلة في هذا النموذج، كما أتعهد بأن جميع البيانات المقدمة في هذا النموذج هي بيانات شخصية صحيحة
.وبتوقيعي على النموذج أقر بموافقتي على ما جاء فيه
