Project Profile:–The purpose of CNA-Specialty Project is fundamentally to provide an easy way to user or underwriter to create policy and perform transaction. FamusR/EPC are the front End applications that send the data from various sources to Financial Interface (FI). FI is the backbone of Front End Applications. It Store, process, maintain and validate all customer data.

Role – Database & ETL Developer & Consultant.

Responsibilities in Project: Created Stored Procedures those used inside ETL and VB Application to validate and update

Data. Validate and forcing CNA Business rules to all policy level data thru SP’s. Created DDL, DML according to business requirements. Created Database Tables and SP’s. Extensively involved in Data Extraction, Transformation and Loading (ETL process) from Source

to target systems using Informatica. Performed data conversion and transformation using Informatica. Worked extensively with Designer tools like Source Analyzer, Transformation developer,

Mapping and Mapplet Designers.

Additional Assignments

Created C#.NET Tool that compare 2 Environment Flat File data, and Give a user understandable format report in excel.

Created Excel Macros that take an XML File and generate Excel. Created Outlook Macro that filter Employee leaves on the basis of Subject line, and generate

an Excel report.
