Mr. V. D. Sanghavi has 33 years of experience in Design, Development, Construction and Operation of Chemical plants in reputed companies like Merck Sharp & Dohme, Lubrizol, Davy Powergas and Bhansali Engineering Polymers, before starting Aarvi Encon Private Limited in 1987. Mr. Sanghavi is a graduate from the 1964 batch of Chemical Engineer from UDCT in Mumbai.

Mr. Jaydev Sanghavi is a graduate chemical engineer from 1992 from Mumbai University. Mr. Jaydev Sanghavi joined Aarvi Encon Pvt. Ltd. In 1992, and has handled several large projects in India and International clients like Reliance, Engineers India Limited, HPCL, Fluor Daniel, Tasnee Petrochemicals, Petrofac, Hyundai and Saipem, etc.

Mr. P. N. Devarajan is with Aarvi Encon Pvt. Ltd. since December, 2008. is Chemical Engineer by profession and served as Chairman and Managing Director of HOCL

He was as President of Project Development Organization – PDO, Bombay Shapoorji Pallonji Co., and Chief Executive & Group President of Reliance Industries Ltd., ·

At present he is Advisor to ESSAR, Dr.Reddy’s Lab, PLG among others
