I unloaded and checked in materials coming in from UPS, FedEx, FedEx ground, and DHL. Received, checked, verified, sorted and classified equipment by stock number, size, classification and condition. Inspected property, determining acceptability; signed for property receipt; reviewed property turn-in document and compared against property. Received property by reviewing schedule for anticipated deliveries; assured proper documentation. Takes necessary action to have incorrect or incomplete data corrected or completed. I determined if the item had commercial value in excess of basic material content; determine condition and report ability and special handling requirements. Downgrades eligible property by condition code (i.e. A, F, acquisition value less than amount prescribed) to scrap upon receipt and assigns appropriate classification instructions for warehousing. Identifies and segregates batch-lot scrap downgrades/material by code and condition. Unloaded material from conveyance utilizing internal radio communications and other means. I properly identified, certified and tag dangerous property. Then verifies documented property accuracy or brings questions to a higher graded staff member. Maintains specialty property segregation for storage and shipping. I attach certification labels on property. I fill out discrepancy reports when material is short, damaged, has wrong national stock number (NSN).I inspect and classify material to make sure it is at its proper destination. I also re-palletized material when it came in and put on new pallets. I located, accessed, load, and move material for shipment and verified or prepare documents either manually or by using automated equipment, such as, computer terminals and barcode wands to read, store, track, and prepare materials documentation. I made sure the material that we received the correct material and all of it is there with the proper stock numbers. I match and compare data from the receipt documents to the markings on containers or items. I use a variety of hand tools such as (hammer, crow bar, screw gun, screwdriver) to open containers. I recorded into the computer. I also prepare itemized reports. I have to 2. ensure that the Material Safety Data Sheet accompanies hazardous material to dedicate to storage area.. Triages property by inspecting, receiving and off-loading material from truck or conveyance. I have also worked with farm equipment and heavy duty equipment such as dozers, bucket trucks, track hoes, dump trailers and etc. I have performed basic maintenance on the following vehicles: trucks, cars, bucket trucks, tractors, dozers, forklifts and etc. I performed, researched, coded, data entry, and verification of data from a variety of receiving related source documents for use in an automated data system. I utilized wide variety of records and files to investigate and resolve inventory balance. I make sure inventory is accurate before I sent it to location and I also checked locations to make sure the material still exist in the specific location before completing receipts. I operated straight inline trucks, tractor and semi-trailer, and forklifts up to a 20,000 pound. I have pulled and operated trucks and trailers between close buildings, narrow spaces, and take all precautions necessary to be safe and aware or my surroundings. I had to operated diesel, gasoline, propane, and electric machines. I performed basic maintenance such as checking water levels, fluids, fuel filters, engine oil, radiator fluid, air pressure, steering gears, brakes, and horn. I did daily checks to make sure the vehicle I was operating was in tip top shape and notate any damages on the trip ticket. I made sure the weight was distributed even on the trailer so it would rides smooth and up to standard operating procedures. I also operated overhead cranes, tractors, tractor trailers, bob trucks, articulating vehicles, 5 ton trucks, tow motor, dozers, micro trucks, and so on.
