Dr. Kunaviktikul is a Professor and the Dean of Chiang Mail University, Thailand. National andInternational recognition in the areas of nursing administration, leadership, policy, health care system, and quality of care. She is also the Director of Nursing Policy and Outcome Center (NPOC), the Head of WHO Collaborating Center for Nursing and Midwifery Development.
