Home cheese making with Anna-Kate allows you to experience the excitement of creating something complex and delicious from simple raw ingredients using traditional recipes and techniques that are hundreds and in one case, even thousands of years old.

There is immense satisfaction in sharing your own artisan cheese with family and friends. Learn how to fully appreciate and understand these wonders. In today’s fast food life discover the satisfaction of creating your own very slow food...

The workshops start at 9am Saturday every month and run until approximately 3pm, and include all you need to make cheese on the day, morning tea, lunch and cheese tasting. No prior experience necessary.

Other cheese workshops available on request including cheddar, washed rind, gruyere, bocconcini and halloumi.

Anna-Kate Pizzini completed her first cheese making

course 15 years ago and has been making cheese from

home since. She is passionate about home cheese making

and helping others get started on their cheese

making journey.
