• Being among the first validated movers in a rapidly growing market demand for people-driven smart city approaches;

• Better insight of the needs of cities and communities, enabling companies to develop more effective tenders, targeted services & sustainable business models;

• Promoting an entrepreneurial public sector driving urban innovation. Better access to public sector as a market segment, allowing this to become an engine for private sector;

• Collaborative pilots more extensive than individual partners can achieve by themselves, promoting scaling-up from experiments, and learning from other frontrunners.
