To solve non-adherence, poor competence and reluctance to self-administer medicines we need to go beyond unweildly instructional leaflets, fine print labels on pill bottles, inconsistent training and pill reminder Apps. Providing patients with a virtual assistant provides the key to unlocking adherence and compliance by reducing the emotional and cognitive burden on users

ASSIS™ is your bespoke virtual assistant who will provide you with information on your condition and symptoms to allow you to effectively manage your treatment through any mobile device. ASSIS™ will proactively coach and motivate you to adhere to your care plan and guide you through the process of taking your medication

How does ASSIS™ work?

ASSIS™ can extract data from QR codes on medication cartons or be paired with any drug delivery device containing a few basic electronic components. Sensors embedded inside a drug delivery device can communicate to ASSIS™ via low power Bluetooth with status information. The ASSIS™ application utilizes the computational power, voice recognition, microphone and high resolution display of mobile devices to provide a human-like interaction

Patients and Doctors can input multiple treatments and prescriptions onto ASSIS™. The ASSIS™ software will calculate a treatment plan, which is then clearly and effectively communicated to the patient
