AUTOBIOGRAPHIES

An autobiography is a text written by a person about themselves.

An autobiography can be written by anyone, but who are they mainly written by?

Celebrities – musicians, actors and actresses, film makers, people who want more fame.

Human interest figures – politicians, religious people such as Ghandi who has an autobiography.

Normal people – people like you and me who want to share their stories

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF AN AUTOBIOGRAPHY?

The reasons people have for writing about their lives are different:

Money Fame Want people to know their story or

struggle Pass down to younger generations They are important figures in our

society and WE want them to write about their lives!

On 13 June 2003 I was awarded the OBE and on 1 July 2003 I joined Real Madrid.
