Environmental Development Plans

Introduced by Maharashtra Pollution Control Board (MPCB) with Govt. of Maharashtra to protect,

conserve and enhance available natural resources through people’s participation and ensure sustainable

village development.

To prepare Energy Management Plan, Industrial Development Plan and Infrastructure

Development Plan and integrate available / existing govt. schemes for rural areas in 10 villages by

maintaining environmental, social and cultural considerations of the village.

To build capacities of Panchayat, local NGOs and professionals to ensure successful implementation and

sustainability of the EDP

APPROACH was founded by some like minded school students in 2007 keeping Swami

Vivekananda as the source of inspiration and with the sole motive of working towards betterment of

the society we live in.

General Information

APPROACH conducts different events in Pune viz Blood, Cloth Donation Camps, Monetary

Donation to the educationally deprived children on regular basis. Till date approach has successfully

conducted 25 different events and donated about Rs. 50,000. All these donations are collected from

Pocket Money of Approach Volunteers
