Employee Interactions A Study on the Interpretation of Employee Interactions
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/interpret_workplace_scenarios
Purpose of the Study: Workplace harassment is fairly widespread and has been receiving increasing attention over the past decade. Studies that have been conducted on the issue have tended to use different definitions, making it difficult to be sure that the same thing is being investigated. In the current study I examine factors thought to influence whether a situation is perceived to be harassment. Anyone with current or past working experience is invited to participate in the study.
Description of the Study: This study is in an online survey format. Participants will be asked to read one, short scenario describing an interaction between two employees and then answer 8 questions about the scenario. The questions ask participants for their judgments of the situation described in the scenario. Though participants may complete the survey at their convenience and take as long as they would like, it is anticipated the survey will usually take no longer than 10-‐15 minutes.
