  • WHAT IS DEVELOPMENT? Development is a long term process using a systematic and organized procedure through which managerial personnel learn conceptual as well as theoretical knowledge , it involves preparing an individual for a future job and growth of the individual in all matters.

  • Company ProfileThe Oberoi Group, founded in 1934, owns and manages thirty hotels and five luxury cruisers in six countries under the 'Oberoi' and the 'Trident' brands. Udaivillas is a luxury resort located on Udaipur legendary Lake Pichola overlooking its beautiful island palaces and the Udaipur City Palace. The resort is accessible by land and boat. Set amidst 30 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens.

  • ConclusionEmployees are satisfied with the training methods of the organization but they said that the method of training program was little redundant.Employees get both type of training theoretical as well as practical.All training programs are appropriate to the need of the organization as well as enough to groom the personality of employees.

  • Limitations

    The company does not provide much of its information as it is kept confidential so I was limited to the lower grade personnel only.

    Language barrier between the researcher and the respondents.

    Sometimes biased response was received and also vague replies were received from the employees.
