Accommodation will be provided to all the teams participating in

“SHAHU TROPHY 2017”and coming from outside Pune City only by

the organizing committee on the following conditions.

1. Contact the organizing committee for details of accommodation

at the time of registration.

2. Per team (16 Players) Accommodation charges will be Rs.2000/-

per day, excluding food and transportation charges.

3. However, you may make your own arrangements for your

accommodation as per your convenience.

01. The teams must report 30 minutes prior to the tournament schedule.

02. All players must carry their valid I-Card, fee receipt, previous year

mark sheet 2016-17 and any government issued ID proof for

verification purpose during all matches.

03. Year down or failure students will not be permitted to participate and

if any team is found to have a year down student, it will be debarred

from the tournament.

04. Entry fees will not be refunded.

05. The protest against any dispute must be lodged through team

manager in writing to the organizing committee on the same day

within 30 minutes after the match.

06. Decision of the organizing committee will be final and binding.

07. Misbehavior at any point means automatic disqualification of the

team from the tournament.

08. Schedule and Draws of the tournaments declared by committee

members will not be changed for any reasons.

09. Organizing Committee is not responsible for loss of personal

belongings of the participants. It is requested that each participant

should take care of his personal belongings and safety of the same.

10. The decision of the referees will be final and binding.

11. Organizing Committee will not be responsible for any injuries

arising from the matches to the players. However, only First

Aid will be provided.

12. Multiple entries from the Colleges and Schools will not be granted.

13. Team should have all their players equipped with entire

FOOTBALL KIT, which includes:

I) Colours with numbers behind

II) Football Studs

III) Shin Guards and Stockings

All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society was established by Rajarshi

Chhatrapati Shahu Maharaj in 1917. In the year 1932 Classes of Shri

Shivaji Preparatory Military School were started to impart Military

oriented education to the society at large. Today the Society has

evolved and grown into one of the leading educational institutes not

only in the City of Pune and the State of Maharashtra but in the entire

country. The Society promotes education, which plays a very vital role

in socio- economic scenario of our country and has been diversified

and runs various professional courses in its portfolio.

The All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society’s College of Engineering

(AISSMSCOE) was established in 1992, under the co-education system.

The College is affiliated to the Savitribai Phule Pune University. At

present, courses are conducted in eight branches of engineering namely

Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, E&TC, Mechanical, Mechanical

(Sandwich) and Production (Sandwich) leading to the award of bachelor’s

degree in Engineering. The total intake capacity of College for bachelor’s

course is 660 students per year. Post Graduate courses for six branches

of Master of Engineering (ME) viz. Automotive & Design, Chemical, Computer,

Power Electronics & Drives, Microwaves and Structure are also being

conducted by the College. The total intake capacity of Post Graduate course is

126. The College has highly qualified and experienced faculty on its roll. The

College has well-developed laboratory, computer and library facilities in all its

Departments and a Central Library and Central Computer Facility. The College

places increased emphasis on e-learning and offers unlimited broadband internet

facility to the students. The teaching programme also places increased emphasis

on practical training and industry-institute interaction.aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa.

Inter-Engineering Tournament

1. Boys Winner will be awarded “Shahu Trophy” and cash prize of Rs.15,000/-.

2. Boys Runner-Up will be awarded trophy and cash prize of Rs.7,000/-.

3. Participation certificate will be given to all the participants.

4. Golden Boot will be awarded to the highest scorer of the tournament.

5. Best player of the tournament will be awarded.

6. Best Goal keeper of the tournament will be awarded.

Rules for Registration:- For registration, Please carefully follow the

instructions given below :-

1. Please send the registration forms, players list duly authorized by the

2. Entries will be confirmed on first come first served basis.

3. Maximum 32 entries will be granted.

4. The registration form should reach AISSMS COE, Pune at the

given address.

FOR COLLEGES IN AND OUTSIDE PUNE

REGISTRATION FEES

Entry fees for the Inter Engineering Tournament: Rs.2000/-

Registration fees should be paid at the AISSM Society’s COE

Gymkhana. Fees should be paid by cash or DD . DD should be drawn

in favour of “The Principal, AISSMS COE, Pune”. Registration will be

confirmed only after the registration fee is paid. Please collect the

receipt after making payment. The receipt should be shown whenever

asked by the organization committee.
