SubstratesChipboard and MDF substrates are available in thicknesses ranging from 2mm up to 45mm, widths of 1220mm, 1830mm, and 2050mm and over 100 different board lengths.

Specifically developed for the leisure industries, Decorative Panels Lamination’s plywood offer is very extensive. Combining strength and lightweight benefits with a comprehensive and diverse range specification, plywood remains the material of choice for many such applications.

Unique to the UK, Decorative Panels Lamination offers the sheet production of a groundbreaking hollowcore product that is branded dp-lite. Manufactured with 5mm MDF skins that make the use of standard furniture fittings easy, and in thicknesses ranging from 22mm to 100mm, this product offers weight savings compared to chipboard of over 60%.

Facing with plywood instead of MDF has brought new market potential for dp-lite, particularly in the leisure industry where weight is so important.

Plasterboard for use in the temporary and portable accommodation sector is a substrate that Decorative Panels Lamination are able to offer laminated in a wide variety of surface decors.
