A Special Author presentation

Formatting for Manuscript submission
•Left aligned , right side should remain jagged•Size 12 font•Times New Roman, Arial or Courier•Single Spaced•1 inch margins on all sides•You can have page numbers but omit the title page•Save your file as a .docx file
It’s as simple as :
•Single space between the sentences after periods
•Begin chapters on new pages
•Double spaced with no extra spaces between paragraphs
• Just kidding its pretty meticulous to follow
And the best part is there are even more rules to follow than the ones I listed here
•Given the intense bureaucracy you can see why eBooks make for a better
option Not only are ePublishers more relaxed than other
publishers but they are also usually more willing to walk you through the process
Either way before you submit your manuscript
you’ll need help finishing it
Attitude matters• The very first obstacle you’ll need to overcome is your own self doubt.
• Writing is hard and its nothing to take lightly.
• Be realistic with yourself it takes time

As long as you remain determined
• Take routine breaks from working on your eBook , I recommend at least one day a week.
•Don’t be too proud to outsource some of the work. You won’t be able to do absolutely everything yourself.

Research• If you’re hoping to write
an eBook that stands out you’ll need to find interesting and unique ways to appeal to your audience.
• Every aspect from the subject matter to the sentence structure can and will effect the success of your book.

•Make a catchy opening – With very few exceptions there almost every bestseller and classic work has an opening that people remember.
• Don’t worry too much about your opening being your most creative, just as long as its memorable. If you need any encouragement just remember you probably won’t do any worse off than Charles Dickens in a tale of two cities.
• The “right” ending – Something I’ve seen far too many authors not do is end their book correctly.
• There’s a difference between the ending you want and the ending that is appropriate for the story.
• Remind yourself that your job as the writer
