CancellationsWe value your business and appreciate your cooperation with our cancellation guidelines. If you must cancel or change your spa reservation, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid a cancellation charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full.

Gratuity Gratuity is not included in price of the treatment. Gratuity is left to your discretion and should be based on satisfaction of service. Industry standard is 18-20%.

This is done to ensure that there are no contraindications between your health and the spa treatment you will receive. Children under the age of 18 must be fully clothed (Swimwear is acceptable for ages 13-17 only) for any of our facials or massages.

A Parent or Legal Guardian must be present in the treatment room with any child under the age of 12 for WI & OH and 18 for our PA location.

Children’s massages may be done in the couple’s room if the parent is also having a massage with the child. No one under the age of 18 is permitted to receive deep tissue, hot stone massages, salt stone massages or any of our body treatments.
