O'Connor, Forbes Property, Asquith Township, Shining Tree, Ontario.

Location *S Access

The property is approximately 2 km north of the village of Shining Tree Ontario. The area covered in this report is easily accessed by a dry weather readjust north of the village, which is the Three Bears resort access road. Area " B " covered in this report is accessed by a logging road l .5 km north of the Three Bears road which runs west of highway 560.

Purpose of this project

The purpose of this project was to blast out a small pit on claimL -120422 Ho further test the green carbonate zone on an area which was stripped in 2001'and 2002. This zone is approximately 30 metres wide and is a bright emerald green. It is thought that this stone could be used as a garden stone if it does not turn brown as most green carbonates due. Also during the blasting of the pit some sulfides were noticed in a few of the quartz veins ( approximately l - 2 07o ). Further to the north on claim L - 1203361 in Churchill Township a north - south 4 foot quartz vein was located beside a east - west logging road. The logging road was built over the vein and a pit on the south side of the road was filled in the construction of the road. A small pit was blasted just south of the original pit to obtain fresh samples of the vein to see if any gold values exist in this system.

Regional Geology.

The Shiningtree area metavolcanic-metasedimentary belt and adjacent granitic rocks, contain occurrences of gold, copper, lead, zinc, molybdenum, asbestos, nickel, iron, cobalt, and silver. The consolidated rocks range in age front early to late Precambrian, and the unconsolidated sediments date from the Cenozoic. Early Precambrian rocks comprise an interlayered sequence of metavolcanics and metasediments intruded by mafic and felsic plutonic rocks and diabase dikes. The metavolcanics and metasediments together comprise the most abundant rocks in the area and are the oldest rocks exposed. The metavolcanics consist of subalkalic and alkalic rocks, and the less voluminous metasediments comprise clastic and chemical sediments. The estimated combined thickness of the rocks is about - 19 000 m. The sequence is interpreted to represent a foundered, distorted, composite volcanic edifice and the whole is folded about a doubly-plunging synclinorial axis, which trends on average about N40 Win the eastern part and N60 E in the central part of the area and easterly in the west. This synclinorial axis is also considered to represent the median axis of the volcanic edifice, as the lithological units are symm etrically related to it.

Economic Geology.

Gold bearing quartz veins have been found in all of the rocks of the area, with the exception of serpentine and diabase, but occur mainly in the old basic volcanics of the lower group e.g. A vein carrying gold on the Churchill property passes from altered basalt into a rhyolite or porphyry. On the Gosselin property the gold occurs partly in the porphyry and felsite or rhyolite. And spectacular showings occur in a nearly transparent quartz on the ''holding" claims which are entirely in amphibolite or hornblende schist. Most of the deposits in the vicinity of the Buckingham occur in bluish grey quartz veins, and lenses in shear zones in altered basalt, andesite, and rhyolite. The gold, occurs native and at times contains small amounts silver. The ore minerals are chalcopyrite, molybdenite, pyrrhotite, barite, galena, tourmaline, pyrite, specular hematite, arsenopyrite, sphalerite, and tellurides. Out of all the work performed in the camp, only gold was produced in the map area and came from two mines: Ronda mine in southwestern MacMurchy township which produced in the y ear 1939 only, and the Ty runite mine in Tyrrell township which produced from 1939 to 1942.

Result of the Program

The work was carried out on August 14th , 15th , 21 st , 22nd , and August 28th 2004.

On Mining Claim L - 1204221, the area were the pit was to be blasted , had to be de - watered before any drilling could take place on the exposed green carbonate since the exposer was under water. After the water was removed several three foot holes were drilled with a gas powered Cobra rock drill. Two rounds were drilled and blasted to get to the unweathered green carbonate. Once the fresh rock was exposed a third round of three foot holes were blasted to obtain fresh samples to bring back to Kirkland Lake. Approximately 500 Ibs was removed for weather testing, this is important to the future development of the market of this stone. During the blasting two 4 inch veins were noticed in the bottom of the pit. These two veins contain minor fine sulfides. Two chip samples were taken across these veins l foot in width to test the gold content. Also several pieces of the green carbonate were placed in my yard in Kirkland lake to test the weathering properties of this stone.

Results of the gold assay were disappointing , since the mineralization was consistent, they are as follows, sample # 3845f .02 grams/ton over l ft, 4" north - south vein, I 07o sulfides,. And sample # 38456 -.11 grams l ton over l ft, 4" north - south vein, 207o sulfides.

On Mining Claim L -1203361, Churchill Township, a small pit was blasted on a 4 foot quartz vein. The area was logged in 2000 making the exposer easy to follow. A day was spent cleaning off the tree tops left behind by the logging operation. Once the vein was exposed by the blasting, a rusty well carbonated 2 foot section containing 3 "/4 sulfides was noticed in the centre of the vein. The vein which strikes in a north - south direction contained in a mafic flow, is snow white in colour and is a strong structure. This vein

could some how be an extension of the Gosselin vein which is two hundred feet to the north on the west side of Speed Lake. Two chip sample were taken to see if any values could be obtained to warrant further exploration of this system. Sample # 38451, 2 ft. chip covering the rusty section in the centre of the vein, well carbonated, 3 "/o sulfides, returned 1.88 grams l ton in gold. Sample # 38452,4 ft. chip sample across the vein, 2-3 *Vb sulfides returned .42 grams l ton. No mineralization was noticed in the mafic wall rock.

Recommendations

Although the green carbonate zone on Mining Claim L - 1204221 returned low gold values, more sampling must be done to test the many quartz stringers noticed during the washing of the stripped areas. As far as the garden stone potential, this can only be determined by the weathering properties. If the stone does not turn brown during the winter and spring months , more work will be put into trying to find a market for the stone. The 4 ft quartz vein on Mining Claim L - 1203361 will be cleaned off in the summer of 2005 to further test for gold values. It is recommended that channel samples be taken every 5 ft. across this vein to determine if there are significant gold values contained in this system. Also the Gosselin vein to the north of this system should be explored by prospecting and sampling to determine if the old report of high gold values is true. Also the Gosselin vein should be tested for silica, since it is reported to be 65 ft. wide in its southern exposer on Mining claim L - 1203361 west of Speed Lake.
