“Individual Service Design is one piece of a jigsaw which tries to find
out what is important to a person, what support they need and how
housing and support services, and informal community supports can
be arranged and organised to help to make sure that people are able to
get the lives that they want and live happily and safely – a tall order”

PEOPLE’S STORIES
Top tips
Protecting the community from offending behaviour is the priority.
• The individual must understand the boundaries within which we live
• Identify the resources needed to keep the community safe
• Work out good protocols for joint working relationships
• Expect multi-agency work to take more time
• All partners must understand what they are gaining and losing
Inclusion with safety!!!!!!!
