Italian food in Vigo
Sometimes , as we know, the first comment that we heard or read of a restaurant is enough to go to the
restaurant or not. The things more listened to La Tagliatella are different. People usually recommend to
go there because of the quality of the food.
This restaurant is located in the most popular restaurant's area in Vigo. This is a pretty spot to have
dinner and it is usually a long wait to eat, so it is important to make a reservation in advance to ensure
you do not have to wait.The restaurant itself is well decorated in an almost gaudy gold and an intimate
style. In addition to this, the staff is welcoming and knowledge, they invite you in with a smile.This place is a bit expensive, but , really worth paying for its exquisi te dishes.
At La Tagliatella, the experience, the authenticity and the passion for the Italian cousine are served
in their dishes, because of that they focus on Italian pasta and have a variety of pizza and main dishes;
for this reason I was delighted to see that they offer homemade pasta.
Last month we went to have dinner, I ordered the Tagliatelle with Carbonada sauce and my husband
asked for the Tagliatelle Calabrese style. My dish was delicious, creamy and full of bacon. My husband's
dish was excellent, the Calabrese style with tomatoes, balsamic onions and grand padano cheese was
possibly the best Italian dish he has ever had. In addition, we chose a Rioja Vega Tinto Crianza wine to
drink, to round it we ordered a Crocantino for dessert.
In conclusion, an upscale, fabulous, and authentic Italian restaurant where I will definitely back and recommended this place to everyone who likes Italian food.
