A-Pro Consulting Sole Company Limited (A-Pro) was formed as a consulting firm specializing in Civil Engineering; Agriculture; Capacity Building; and Information Technology. The firm was first formed in 1995 as a team providing services mainly on topographic survey, mapping, construction staking, and construction supervision until 1999. The team has joined cooperate with an engineering and development group in order to provide the client with

exceptional engineering, socio-development and surveying services. In response to the socio-economic development of the country, we later were integrated join with an information technology team forming a new A-Pro Consulting Sole Co., Ltd. in 2011.

Our professional members are working in virtually every development sector in Lao PDR. Through formal event and informal networking, former team consultant makes and sustains professional relationships. This dynamic network is a lasting benefit of an A-Pro career.

The company is committed to developing local expertise through recruitment and training of the local technical staff to undertake quality consulting services. The multidisciplinary staffs of A-Pro are our most valuable resource.

6. COMPANY OWNERSHIP

A-Pro Consulting Sole Co., Ltd. was created as a sole limited liability company. The company is founded by Mr. Suvit Tangchongrath, and is listed as a Company’s Director. The founder of the firm is an Irrigation Engineer with more than 30 (thirty) years of progressive and responsible experience with international projects since 1981.

7. COMPANY'S LOCATION AND FACILITIES

The company establishes a home office in Ban Sidamdouane, Chanthabouly District Vientiane Capital in order to reduce start-up costs. The office space is estimated to be 100 m2. The dedicated fax line was installed as well as a high-speed Internet connection which will serve as a marketing tool and communication facilities. 8. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

8.1. Project ConsultingThe project consulting offers a client company a way to harness our specific qualities and use our expertise to develop and/or implement plans, from conceptual planning to turn over.

8.2. Project ManagementOur project management services include defining client needs, ensuring that the Project team completes the project implementation. The Project plan will be developed by the team and manages the team’s performance of the project tasks to secure acceptance and approval of deliverables from the Project Sponsor and Stakeholders.

Our engineering services include study, survey and design of irrigation; water supply; road/bridge; and architectural building and house. A-Pro will undertake an investigation for data collection necessary for the detailed design. In conjunction with the design, the Bill of Quantity will be prepared and the bidding documents in full package.

8.3. Environmental ManagementAn environmental plan (EMP) will generally be required for sites that undertake moderate or high risk industrial or construction projects.

A-Pro will draw up our broad range of professional environmental management to provide a framework for dealing with the pollution risks associated with the Project site and activities. In many cases, it simply formalizes practices already undertaken on site. Once the project EMP established, it has an advantage as far as knowing the legal requirements and

managing pollution risks according to best practice. The EMPs can also help the Project increase efficiencies and reduce costs.

8.4. Surveying and Construction StakingOur surveying services include topographic survey and mapping of the project areas including agricultural; river channel; road alignment; architecture and other surveying requirement. Apart from topographic survey, we provide also services for the construction staking on site, in the translation of a construction plan into a physical representation. The cutting edge technology will be applied for both filed survey and office works. The good

surveying data give the most accuracy of the design works and the project cost.

8.5. Land Use PlanningOur consulting services include supporting a plan for a branch of public policy encompassing various disciplines which seek to order and regulate land use in an efficient and ethical way, thus preventing land-use conflicts. The Government of Lao uses land-use planning to manage the development of land within the jurisdiction of the country.

In doing so, A-Pro expert will assist the governmental unit in planning for the needs of the community while safeguarding natural resources.

8.6. Capacity Building

Our consulting services cover technical and vocational training according to the project training needs assessment. The capacity building should focus on understanding the obstacles that inhibit people, society and community from realizing their developmental goals while enhancing the abilities that will allow them to achieve measurable and sustainable results.

8.7. Information TechnologyOur professional salient includes functions (IT Disciplines/ Competencies) that ranges from installing applications to designing complex computer networks and information databases. A few of the duties that our IT professionals perform may include data management, networking, engineering computer hardware, database and software design, as well as management and administration of entire systems.
