Because cheerleading is a team sport, it makes perfect sense to get along with everyone.
Disagreeing with others, however, isn’t necessarily a bad thing, especially when it comes to matters related to cheer or dance.
If there’s something that you don’t agree with, you should communicate openly with the members of your cheerleading squad.
When expressing yourself in stressful situations, you don’t have to raise your voice to be heard. You should save the yelling and shouting for your cheer and dance routine.
You should confront the people involved privately and certainly not during your cheerleading practice or before a huge performance. As much as possible, you should keep the situation private.
Always remember that teamwork is very important in cheerleading.
