    Man has an instinct desire to travel. But if he is not economically sound he cannot movefrom one place to another. An Educated well established man wishes to travel to

    historical place of which he has read much in his student life. So I have to such a desire to

    travel Murshidabad. It is the place of historical place of importance. The chief importanceof Murshidabad is the Haarduary! a palatial buildin" with one thousand doors. It is an art

    "allery! a museum! a library and an armory all in one. The tombs of Sirauddlah! Mirafar!

    Mir#ashim are very attractive. These places on the ban#s of the Bha"irathi whenilluminated in the evenin" present a splendid picture. In #hashba"h where Alibardi and

    Sirauddlah lie eternal sleep. In this way! the dead history of the by- "one days becomes

    livin" and vocal to me. The entire left a lastin" impression on my mind.

    Pollution is one of the "reatest problems in our society. Environmental pollution has

    affected our lives so adversely that millions of people die annually and lot more suffer continuously. The pollutions are * air pollution! sound pollution! water pollution etc.

    &apid industriali+ation and deforestation are the root of environmental pollution. Smo#es

    and "ases releases from factories! buses! lorries! other vehicles and domestic ovens arealso pollutin" the air and causin" respiratory trouble. ,eforestation decreases the amount

    of '-y"en in the air! causin" dama"e to our health. $oise pollution is mainly caused by

    the bawlin" horns and rec#less use of loudspea#ers. To-ic chemicals! metal oils andhousehold waste pollute water of the earth is potable. But random water pollution ma#esthe water crisis. ,umpin" "arba"e and widespread use inor"anic manure and pesticides

    create land pollution. All this contributes to the sharp rise of deadly disease and does

    incalculable dama"e to the ecobalance. /overnment should ta#e a firm step to reduce theenvironmental pollution. And the responsibility in this re"ard is ours to ma#e the

     pollution free world.

    It is the matter of repentance that a lar"e number of children of our country are depriveeven of primary education. To "et rid of this problem the H&, minister come out with a

    comprehensive plan in 0112. This plan is #nown as Sarba Si#ha Abhiyan.The aim of this

    mission is all school "oin" children should complete their five year primary education by

    this mission there were several dropouts and a number of students were bein" decreasin"

    in the school. As most of the families are poor and below poverty level! they en"a"edtheir children to wor# as labourer. But the mission has been issued to draw more students.

    The features of this mission are new class room! more teachers! "rants for boo#s! syllabus

    and e-amination system revised and introducin" midday meal. But the lac# of motivation amon" the teachers and the local monitorin" bodies are responsible for its

    failure. 4or the successful emplacement of this mission is re5uired a coordinate effort of 

    all involved in it. Then the dropouts will be decrease and the number of students will beincrease.

    festivals help us to escape the monotony of our daily life and open the flood"ate of fun

    and frolic. The ,ur"a Pua is the "reatest festivals of Hindus.It ta#es place in autumn! theseasons of beauty. The Hindu worships the "oddess ,ur"a with "reat devotion.Men and

    women: old and children enoy the pua wearin" new and colourful dresses. They for"et

    their poverty and worries of life.Students worship Saraswati with "reat devotion for improvement in academic career. The Idulfetar is the "reatest muslim festivals. 'n this

    occasion the muslim boys and "irls put on new clothes and visit their friends andrelatives. The 9hristmas is the "reatest 9hristian festivals on the 0; th ,ecember! the dateof 8esus 9hrist

     preservance. A"ain! he is to remember that he belon"s to a society that claims his ener"y

    and emotion. In fact! students have "reat duties towards the society he lives in. They

    should obey their parents! teachers and other superiors. They should stand by the victimsof flood! earth5ua#e etc natural disasters. Students are the future citi+ens of a country.

    They should shape their life in such a way as to provide the pride and "lory to their 

    country.
