Siamo specialisti da quasi 50 anni nella produzione di macchine ed attrezzature per la lavorazione di marmo e granito. La lunga esperienza nel settore e le risorse interne ci hanno permesso di sviluppare macchine altamente qualificate e di indirizzare la propria attenzione soprattutto nel campo delle fresatrici a ponte CNC e automatiche.

Noat copre nella sua vasta gamma tutte le tipologie di frese richieste dal mercato internazionale, dalle fresatrici automatiche a quelle a controllo numerico, dai dischi più piccoli di diametro 350 mm. ai più grandi di diam. 3500 mm.

Dai primi anni ’90 l’azienda ha rivolto gran parte delle risorse allo sviluppo delle macchine a controllo numerico perché già molti anni fa’ aveva capito che il mercato richiedeva macchinari sempre più sofisticati e precisi ed oggi grazie al coraggio di quella scelta Noat è al top per quanto riguarda lo sviluppo tecnologico delle sue macchine e l’altissima qualità dei suoi prodotti.

Le macchine possono essere completamente personalizzabili, dotate di molte soluzioni ed optionals per soddisfare qualsiasi esigenza lavorativa. Solo nella tipologia delle frese a ponte, la ditta propone 6 versioni di macchine a controllo numerico senza contare le contor-natici CNC perfettamente compatibili in termini di programmazione con tutte le altre a CNC della gamma.

Noat nella sua lunga attività ha sviluppato quasi tutte le macchine presenti in un laboratorio di marmisti, dalle tagliablocchi, alle lucida-trici automatiche a ponte e a nastro, dalle intestatrici alle linee per lavorazione di mattonelle e lastre di marmo e granito.

Molti sono i laboratori quasi completamente allestiti dalle macchine Noat e non è difficile trovare fresatrici datate 1970 che ancora oggi testimoniano più che tante parole quello che Noat rappresenta nel settore delle macchine per lavorazione di marmo e granito: la qualità che dura nel tempo.

Noat’s comprehensive range of products covers all types of bridge saws demanded by the international market, from automatic models to CNC versions, with disk sizes measuring from 350 mm diameter to 3500 mm.

Since the early 1990s when the company perceived strong market demands for more sophisticated and precise machinery, Noat has directed a considerable part of its resources into developing numerical control machines. Today, that courageous decision has made Noat a leader in terms of technological development and high quality products.

Noat machines are totally customisable, and can be fitted with a multitude of solutions and optionals to satisfy all processing require-ments.

Noat offers 6 different versions of the CNC bridge cutting machine alone, without counting the CNC shaping machines having perfectly compatible programming with all the other CNCs in the range.

During its years of activity Noat has developed just about every machine present in a marble mason’s workshop, including block cutters, automatic bridge and belt polishing machines, squaring machines and systems for processing tiles, marble and granite slabs.

Many workshops are almost completely fitted out with Noat machines and it is not unusual to find bridge saws dated 1970 still at work . This says more than any words can say about what Noat represents in the marble and granite machinery industry: quality that lasts.

La VENUS è una macchina a nastro per lucidare fila-

gne e marmette di marmo ed altri materiali calcarei.

Viene fabbricata in più versioni in base alle esigenze

del cliente.

In generale per lucidare strisce di marmo di larghez-

za 40 cm, il trave porta mandrini è fisso.Per lucidare

filagne di larghezza da 60 cm, il trave porta mandrini

si muove.

In base alla larghezza massima dei pezzi che il cliente

deve lucidare, esistono diversi modelli di VENUS dalla

versione 400 alla 2000.

L’entrata del materiale può essere da sinistra verso de-

stra o da destra verso sinistra.

VENUS is a belt machine for polishing marble strips

and tiles and other calcareous materials.
