Throe subjects became azoosperm ic. The mean value of the 'fertility index' increased significantly from 1.7 ± ].0 to 3.2 ± 4.3 and 14 .7 ± 14.6 after I and 2 months therapy, respectively. Acid phosphatase act ivity in semen decreased by 44 %. All c hanges in semen were reversible. with complete return to norm ality in a 3-month fo ll ow-up.
