A Network Marketer’s Beginner Guide to
Attraction Marketing for Getting Automated Leads
It’s getting harder and harder to stand out among the millions of network
marketers that want a place online to promote their opportunity.
Instead of providing useful content about the MLM industry, a majority of network marketers think yelling louder about get-rich falsities will get them seen more, but the opposite happens.
A yelling match happens and waters down and cheapens entire websites, Facebook Groups, and blogs, which have the potential to elevate home
based entrepreneurs to a higher understanding of the industry.
So, let’s take responsibility in educating the frustrated network marketer and interested prospects with useful educational content on our own blogs and websites.
Setting up a blog is easy. A website or blog is more powerful if you use your
name because you want to build authority around YOU, not your
product or company
Because what if your company files Bankruptcy or gets shut down by the
FTC?
Your domain name will cost about 10 bucks and then get a host. Set up a Wordpress platform for your website because it is easy to configure and Google likes them.
Once you have your website you want to write original content, longer the
better, 800 to 1200 words.
If you copy and paste anything Google will know it’s duplicate content and not
give you credit for it.
What do you write about if you’re new to network marketing? You watch
videos from MLM trainers, take notes and reword everything as your own.
So, learn, teach, then write about it.
Say that with me. . .
Learn, teach, then write about it.
800 to 1200 words of original content that you instilled with a little of your
personal experience and insight.
This does two things: One, you learn new skills about network marketing. Two, you attract people to you who need solutions for their business.
Because their business might not be doing well and they will think of you when they switch companies, but this
only happens if you’re a consistent presence online.
How consistent? At least one video or post a week. This will take you two hours a week, which is nothing, but if you want more traffic to your site you need to eventually post daily.
Once you start getting some traffic to your site, you can put an opt-in newsletter box on the side of your website to capture names and email addresses of people interested in learning more about you.
These are Leads and they’re yours exclusively. Congratulations.
You have now attracted people to you, which are the best Leads to get because they already like what you write about and might join your opportunity if you
provide enough value.
This is the essence of Attraction Marketing and the leaders do this and
get tons of leads while they sleep.
No more talking to Aunt Betty about your opportunity as she writhes on the
ground moaning Pyramid, pyramid, pyramid.
Nevermind.
The last thing you want to do is set up an Aweber account and get your leads onto that platform. This is called your List and you might have heard that the money is in the List.
The List are your Leads and now you can email them a couple times a week with updates from your website. You don’t want to offer them your opportunity in every email. Maybe once out of five emails.
This process gets you out of the laundromat, pinning your business cards all over ratty flyers that have
been there for years.
