Day 1 Yogyakarta - Magelang

Transfer Yogyakarta Airport/Train Station to Borobudur Area Overnight in Magelang.

Day 2 Yogyakarta - Magelang (Breakfast: Hotel / Lunch: Stupa Restaurant by Plataran )

Visit Candirejo One until two hours by Andong/horse carriage and taking a walk exploring the richness of candirejo village to gain insight of daily local community either in custom, tradition, the agricultural system of multi cropping. Having direct experience with the local people in the field of planting, preparing the ground for cultivation, picking many kinds of the seasonal fruits make complete decoration within this 1 until 2 hours village tour. Tour will be ended with Gamelan lesson. Sightseeing in Yogyakarta Visit Candi Mendut This exquisite temple, set within a cute neighbourhood around 3.5km east of Borobudur, may look insignificant compared with its mighty neighbour, but it houses the most outstanding statue in its original setting of any temple in Java. Mendut temple is a ninth century Buddhist temple, located in Mendut village, Magelang Regency, Central Java. Mendut, Borobudur and Pawon, all of which are Buddhist temples, are located in one straight line. There is a mutual religious relationship between the three temples, although the exact ritual process is unknown. Sightseeing in Yogyakarta Visit Borobudur Temple Borobudur is a 9th Century Buddhist Temple located in Magelang, about 1 hour drive Yogyakarta. It is one of the greatest Buddhist monuments in the world. It consists of nine stacked platforms, six square and three circular, topped by a central dome (stupa). The temple was designed in Javanese Buddhist architecture that blends Indonesian indigenous cult of ancestor worship and the Buddhist concept of attaining Nirvana. The monument guides pilgrims through an extensive system of stairways and corridors with narrative relief panels on the walls about Buddhas teachings. The journey for pilgrims begins at the base of the monument and follows a path around the monument and ascends to the top through 3 levels symbolic of Buddhist cosmology, Kamadhatu (the world of desire), Rupadhatu (the world of forms) and Arupadhatu (the world of formlessness). Day 5 Yogyakarta - Prambanan - Bali - Uluwatu (Breakfast: Hotel / Lunch: Abhayagiri Restaurant )

Sightseeing in Yogyakarta Visit Prambanan Temple Prambanan temple compound is the largest Hindu temple site in Indonesia, and one of the biggest in Southeast Asia. It is characterized by its tall and pointed architecture, a typical Hindu architecture. Built in the 9th Century, this temple is dedicated to the Trimurti, the expression of God as the Creater (Brahma), the Preserver (Vishnu) and the Destroyer (Shiva). The Prambanan compound, which is also known as Rara Jonggrang complex, consists of 3 zones; first the outer zone, second the middle zone that contains hudnres of small temples, and the third is the holiest inner zone that contains eight main temples and small shrines. Day 7 Ubud - Tanah Lot - Uluwatu (Breakfast: Hotel / Lunch: Bale Picnic Lunch )

Full Day Charter Cycling through Rural Villages Combine gentle exercise with stunning scenery for a fun and exciting way to see Bali off the beaten track. Drive from your hotel to the small village of Luwus where you will meet your specialist cycling guide. After a quick safety briefing on how to use the gears and brakes, hop on your two wheels and set off on a leisurely ride through the Balinese countryside. Cycle along quiet countryside roads and pathways that only a bicycle can access. Pass through rural villages and rice paddies, and chance upon farmers at work in the fields, women going about their daily chores, and old men gossiping on the roadside. There are plenty of stops along the way for photos and for a well-earned drink of fresh young coconut. The ride ends in a beautiful location where you can enjoy the views over the lush rice fields while tucking into a picnic lunch. Visit Tanah Lot Temple Tanah Lot is probably one of Balis most holy sites. Built in the 15th century, this seaside temple is perched precariously on an eroded rocky outcrop, connected to the shore only at low tide. As the tide rushes in, the islet becomes completely surrounded by water, adding to the mystery and beauty of the temple and its location. This fantastic setting, overlooking the azure waters of the Indian Ocean, has made it the best known and most photographed temple in Bali. Overnight in Uluwatu.

Day 8 Uluwatu (Breakfast: Hotel / Dinner: Jimbaran Beach Club / Restaurant )

Morning at leisure Uluwatu, Kecak Dance and Seafood Dinner on The Beach Experience an evening of Kecak dancing at a cliff top temple followed by a barbeque seafood dinner under the stars. In the late afternoon you will be taken to the location of the famous cliff hanging temple at Uluwatu. Perched on the edge of a steep cliff, the temple sits 70 metres above the crashing waves of the Indian Ocean. The temple is inhabited by a large number of monkeys, many of whom can be found roaming the pathways. As the sun sets over the glittering ocean, watch a dramatic Kecak Dance or Ramayana Monkey Chant performance at the temple. Wearing traditional checked cloth around their waists, the male dancers chant in unison while

depicting a battle from the Ramayana. After the performance drive to one of the beautiful beaches in Jimbaran for a barbeque seafood dinner in a beach restaurant. Feast on a succulent seafood platter including prawns,

grilled fish, squid and clams. Try some kangkung, also known as Indonesian water spinach, and add some heat in the form of sambal, the spicy Indonesian sauce. Overnight in Uluwatu.
