We are pleased to introduce our 2004-2005 Wholesale List-ing. Substantial time has been spent to produce a full colour reference guide that will serve as a valuable source of infor-mation for our customers.

This year’s catalogue features more than 60 new plant listings (page 2). Included in this group are four Jeffries Nurseries introductions: Gemini Apple, Skyfest Poplar and two mums for the prairies, Dreamweaver and Skycatcher.

The new chrysanthemums from our company’s breeding pro-gram are the first new mums to be introduced from prairie breeding in over 20 years. They represent the first releases in our Fireworks Series.

The front cover showcases another new variety, Morden Belle Rose. Morden Belle is the latest in the Parkland series, a group of hardy shrub roses developed at the Agriculture Can-ada Research Station in Morden, MB.

Our cooler, wetter season has been good for plant production and growth. Field stock and containers are looking excep-tional in quality and numbers.

Its been a year of continued change at the nursery including: improved delivery capacity with a tractor and trailers, ex-panded land base for caliper tree production, and improved shipping facilities and greenhouse capacity.

We thank you for your continued confidence in our company and trust that the changes we have made will enable us to better serve your needs.
