1. Turn off lamp.2. Plug a lamp into the plug-in dimmer.3. Plug the plug-in dimmer into a receptacle. Make sure the plug-in dimmer is in off.4. After installation, turn the lamp on: A. Rasie the slider to the top level (refer to figure 2) B. Lower the slider to the off position (refer to figure 2). Light will turn off.Note: Raise or lower the slider to the desired level.

Switch: Turns lights ON and OFF
Sensitivity Dial
IMPORTANT: Set slider to bottom before adjusting dimming range. When the slider is at the top, the sensitivity dial will be out of operation.
Turn counter-clockwise: Brighter.
Turn clockwise: Less bright.
