The explosion of the transformer at a roadside in downtown may bring about so

large material and human damages that the stable management plan becomes

even more important. In particular, the transformer at a roadside has so small

amount of insulating oil compared to the other type transformer that arc and

local overheating can proceed rapidly.

That s the reason why diagnosis device is required to cope with the accident.

KD 65-HC detecting HC (Hydro Carbon) and hydrogen gas generating at the
