What is a site fee? What is incluDeD in the site fee? a site fee is the cost for the use of a location. the site fee includes use of location and day of coordination. We will be happy to share our exclusive professional partner list with you to help with all other needs. there is a 7% sales tax and a 1% arts and entertainment fee applied to the site fee.

hoW long Do We have the ceremony anD reception space? reception sites are available for up to a four-hour window. additional time is allowed for setup and break down. all events must end by 10 p.m.

is there a home rental requirement in orDer to have my WeDDing at alys Beach? a rental home is required to be rented in conjunction with the wedding. the homemust be at least three bedrooms in size and rented for a period of time that meets current minimum length of stay requirements. two home rentals are required with the booking of caliza.

Who shoulD i speak to aBout Booking the requireD vacation rental home? alys Beach guest services will be happy to help you locate the perfect accommodations for your group. you may reach them at 866.732.1760 or [email protected]. please visit alysbeach.com/rentals to view images and videos of available properties.

Do you require that We use your catering services? We manage all catering, including alcoholic beverages, of events held here at alys Beach through caliza restaurant or with the help of our partners café thirty-a & townsend catering.

We are also interesteD in hosting a rehearsal Dinner anD/or post WeDDing Brunch. can you accommoDate these? caliza restaurant may be able to accommodate smaller groups for dinners, subject to availability. in addition, george’s at alys Beach is a great option located on the property.

What is the inclement Weather Backup plan? in the event of inclement weather, the backup plan will be to have your ceremony/reception under a tent. We require that you reserve a tent with one of our exclusive tent companies when you book your wedding.

hoW Do i reserve a Date? to begin, please contact us with a location and date in mind. after a suitable date has been chosen, our event coordinator will send a formal agreement. you will have 10 days to sign and return with your deposit of half the amount due. the balance is due two weeks prior to your event date.

What payment forms are accepteD? major credit cards are accepted.

What is the cancellation policy? in the case of cancellation of the wedding, the following cancellation policy will apply:180 days/6 months prior to date: one-half of the 50% required deposit will be forfeited.120 days/4 months prior to date: the 50% required deposit is non-refundable.

must i use your venDors or may i Bring my oWn? alys Beach will be happy to provide you with our list of exclusive caterers, florists and rental companies. We will also provide a suggested list of other vendors that you might need. all vendors must be approved by alys Beach and provide proof of their insurance.

shoulD i hire a WeDDing coorDinator? alys Beach will be happy to assist you with day of coordination for your wedding! however, on our preferred vendor list you will find a list of several trusted wedding planners who can help with the full planning process.

What is Day of coorDination? an alys Beach event coordinator will be on site during the rehearsal and wedding day to oversee the ceremony and reception. the coordinator will also assist with the scheduling of all vendors for your wedding day.
