TIPSTER: The assessment sayz that you should answer honestly…Really does say that…PLEASE do not do that or you will be rejected by the computer. For those who do not know how to successfully answer these, we will cut you some slack because it is critical to you getting pass the gatekeeper: A. Always answer that you extremely agree or extremely disagree because any other answer will get you kicked out of the system. B. Remember that these tests determine your suitability to be success in working in a public (retail/service industry) setting. The questions deal with customer service and loss prevention so any answer that is not an extreme response makes you part of the problem instead of part of the solution. C. Customer Service is how you see people and how you interact with them. A sample question will be: “Do you believe that most people are honest?” If you answer “YES” then you are an optimistic person and will be good with dealing with

the public in a setting where the customer is always correct. If you say “No” you would make a better backroom or warehouse worker where your nature mistrust is a good trait in dealing with loss prevention. D.
