CuStOMer SuppOrtaffinity apparel features a full in-house Customer Service Center to assist customers with ordering, account details, returns/exchanges, and any other uniform program inquiries. the Customer Service Center and corporate support service staff are located within our Dayton, Ohio office.

affinity apparel CSr’s are highly knowledgeable and trained on all pertinent information necessary for servicing each account. information made readily available to them includes instructions for placing orders, processing returns and exchanges, eStore password resets, order keying from faxed or emailed orders, order status, shipping and delivery status, and program account updates.

prOGraM ManaGeMentaffinity apparel has extensive experience launching and managing programs with custom manufactured products, national distribution, customized ecommerce ordering, allowance management, dedicated program management support, fitting services and on-site retail locations.

each account is assigned a dedicated account Manager to serve as the main point of contact. they are responsible for the day-to-day management of the account and maintaining all contractual Kpi’s. the account Manager is supported by our internal teams such as Customer Support, product Development, Marketing and more.

MarKetinG ServiCeSaffinity apparel’s Marketing & Creative Services team develops customized materials for client uniform programs. brochures, order forms, web graphics, email blasts, wear guidelines, posters and more are created according to our customer’s brand guidelines. team members are highly skilled and experienced in graphic and web design, photography and printing. With the creative team located in-house at affinity, all marketing materials can be created quickly.

Our in-house merchandising and fit team coordinate fitting services for tens-of-thousands of employees. Our fit session operations are entirely mobile “pop-up shops”, designed for rapid set up and highly efficient processing for new hire classes, program launches, and refreshes.

affinity apparel is the sole producer of the riverside brand, a leader in workwear and flame resistant apparel. Distributed for over 100 years, riverside manufactured garments are well known for industry leading innovation, comfort and style. Constructed using only top of the line fabrics, customers wearing the riverside brand benefit from long lasting, quality uniform apparel.

DiStributiOn anD Quality praCtiCeSOur distribution center’s proximity to major shipping hubs allows for orders placed until 3:00pm eSt to ship the same day and for 2 day ground delivery to 80% of the u.S. population. Our state-of-the-art 116,000 square foot, multi-level facility is fully automated, fast and accurate. Staff members are equipped with handheld scanner technology for bar code tracking and quality control at each step. Our internal, fully integrated modification and embroidery stations allow customers to select from garment personalization options such as direct embroidery, emblem application, reflective taping, heat sealing, silk screening, engraving, and basic alterations.

Our on-site Quality Manager ensures product and production quality, maintaining an order accuracy of 99.5%.
