The Installation
ConceptThis installation invites the viewer to meet physicists as people, to see a bit of their daily work and what they are searching for. In the end, the questions they are trying to answer, with their complex apparatus and multinational collaboration, are the ones that everyone would also like to understand.
Format• Interactive Zone at the entrance/exit– Big Questions
• 4 simultaneous audiovisual displays on 4 walls; content:– Physicists as individuals– The Collaboration– Daily Work– The Goal – Collision Event Display
Big Questions• The entrance will portray a large image of a black board with
questions such as “Where do we come from?” printed on it. At the exit there will be a real black board where the public can add their own questions with chalk.
